Door handle broke second day of use

I have bought 2 of these locks and each one has a problem with the locking digital mechanism. Cheap

Very low quality

Took lot longer to install on a new exterior door then expected.

The door will not unlock the buttons and key pad do not stay lit up when tapping the code. I’m extremely unsatisfied with this product. Most times I have to do it more than three times for it to unlock.

Fast shipping and easy to install with Judy a Phillips screwdriver. A little tight with the dead bolt but I added weatherstripping so I'm blaming that.

We returned the lock via shipping. The deadbolt did not have the easy removal section for the door. The plate is permanent. Our doors have the hole that only needs the round deadbolt guide.

Excellent product for the price. I was looking for a keyless door lock to install on the kitchen door leading from the garage. This lock was easy to install and to program. I have 4 different combinations programmed on it and no problems so far. For the price I paid, this is an excellent lock.

The lock worked but my door was not quite perfectly aligned and so the deadbolt had a hard time sliding into place. This very shortly broke the mechanism. The customer support was great - they quickly sent me out a new mechanism free of charge. They were also great at getting me a new set of keys when I accidently threw mine out. I'm very happy with this product and the customer service.
