The entry knob looks perfect in my home.

They work very well and I have enough keys for everyone in the neighborhood. Installation had to be done just right and if not I suspect that some of the negative reviews are caused by this fact.

Straight forward to install and comparable design to other locks. Design and material is a little less sturdy and quality than other brands but it works great and the price was reasonable. Came with plenty of keys for the keyed-alike set.

Scratched on arrival

Two of four door knobs were pretty scratched straight out of the box.

I pulled them out of the box to test the keys in each handle and deadbolt before I installed them. Two of the four were pretty scratched for brand new in the box. I went to start a return and they only want to give me a partial refund. I'll stop by the store to hopefully get it fixed. Super frustrating since my closest Lowes is 25 minutes away.

My only issue... I couldn't get the finger latch on...

My only issue... I couldn't get the finger latch on the inside lock to work (locked) in the 12&6 position. With all locks the 9&3 postion is door locked. This seems wrong, based on previousky installed door locks.????

It was a different shape from the door set that was already on my door, so I used my hand tools to shape the door. Once that was done, installation was easy. The locking mechanisms move rough when locking and unlocking but work.

Decent Set

No real complaints about the doorknobs and deadbolts other than 2 of the 8 had minor scratches and blemishes on the finish when I unboxed them. I had already installed 2 sets so I wasn't going to remove those, install the old locks, return the newly received locks, and order another set. Not the end of the world, but you hate to receive new doorknobs and deadbolts with the finish already dinged up a little bit. That will happen in time! Having said that, I'd recommend them. They were the best price at HD when compared to other online retailers.
