This lock and knob feel very high quality, they look awesome against my black front door and have a very solid feel. Installation went smoothly and I'm very happy with this purchase.

It worked very well. Took a little bit of adjustments including drilling a larger hold for the bottom piece but it has been working like a champ ever since.

A durable door handle set, it's perfect for our new door. Easy to re-key and to install.

Worse 150 dollars I ever spent the screws that were sent literally were breaking off in the 1000.00 fiberglass door. (With a screwdriver no power tools). Took me an extra hour to did out a broken screw and go to the local hardware store and buy quality screws. Then when I install the dead bolt the heads on those screws just stripped right out. Kind of ridiculous a company cuts corners like tha5 and sends these cheap screws t9 save a couple of cents. NEVER AGAIN.will I buy kwikset product. And it's not lack of experience I have been installing doors and home repairs for over 30 yrs just plain horrible quality control on the companies part.

The design is cute, but the deadbolt piece/ mechanism is not smooth and when loosened causes the face to become crooked. Seems like a mechanism issue. Also the lock turns the opposite way of what I consider standard. (From inside, you twist right to lock door, twist left to unlock)

Looks good, works good. Installation is a little different then what I've seen in the past, not sure I like the design but, I figured it out and all is well

The inside door know included with these sets is a generic, modern looking knob. It doesn't match the esthetics of the exterior handle. Additionally, the screw holes are huge and not flush with the knob, so you can see 2 large holes on the knob. I reached out and talked with Kwikset. Supposed to follow up with me, never heard back.

Brought it home, installed it just to find out the keys didn't work,now I have to wait 7 days to get a new drum with new keys and I have to take it apart and install the new onw
