I ended up returning the product since there wasn't any provision to change the latches to the drive- in style that was needed for my steel entry doors. I ended up going with Kwikset which you could convert to the drive-in type. The Kwikset while more expensive appear to be higher quailty as well.It also took several days for the delivery of the Premier locks and when they came two of the four lock boxes had come open spilling the contents in the larger box due to poor packing of the shipping box.

The premier stainless steel lock and deadbolt combo is beautiful and solid. The instructions were very clear and concise, the assembly of both the door knob and deadbolt or easy, as could be. I am very happy with this product, and the price was even better.

So far, So good, product was somewhat confusing but works.

Defective Garbage

I bought a pack of 4 sets of doorknobs and locks. The first one I installed was defective. The doorknob was stiff when turned and locked itself when the knob was turned. I resent the time and gas money I have to spend installing this, removing it from the door and returning this defective low quality product.

Very nice looking and sturdy. Just what I expected.

Watch Out!

the lock itself seems good enough, especially for the price. but I have several rentals, with the locks being changed every time a tenant moves out, so I bought half a dozen of these locks. then, accidentally, one of my tenants discovers that their key also works on their neighbor's lock! - turns out ALL the locks are using the same key (cost cutting measure of the manufacturer?). needless to say my tenants were not happy!!! ...and I had to pay my contractor to switch out all the locks.

The old exterior locks and knobs of our newly bought older home had seen better days so we opted for the Premier S/S Combo Set with the keyed alike feature. The installation was straight forward and very easy for a DIYer. The quality of these Premier Combo Sets is excellent, very sturdy and well designed for a strong lock for our 4 exterior doors; they provide a sense of security the other, replaced lock sets, did not provide. Excellent workmanship, elegant stainless exteriors, hardy construction and easy installation makes this the ideal knob/deadbolt set for new or replacement of older lock sets. Highly recommended!

Tittle says all sets keyed alike. Mine were not.

The only reason why I am giving this 1 star instead of 0 stars is because 1 is the lowest. The order was delayed, then when it did arrive, 2 of the 3 sets were keyed correctly, but the 3rd set only was keyed for itself. This is not what I needed or ordered and I had to take it to the local store for a refund as they do not carry anything over 2 sets that are keyed alike in the store. I am still looking for what I need and my project is still not dune.

missing screws

needed to change locks after my ex moved out. just my luck that the deadbolt and door knob screws were missing from both sets. will have to return

One of the dead bolts was faulty. I have a contractor install them. They installed all but 1. I called online support. They directed me to the store. The store cannot help due to not having all the locks to return. It will cost me another $200 to get contacractor out to remove locks leaving me with no locks on the dorr. They they want another $450 to reinstall all the locks. I cannot do this. All I wanted is the one set replaced. PLEASE HELP me get another dead bolt set or give me a credit back for the 1 set.

Well made antique brass entry door knob combo lockset with deadbolt. Comes with keys that works on deadbolt and entry lock. Very easy to install, straight forward instructions. Fits door between 1 3/8 inches to 1 3/4 inches thick. Latch is adjustable. I was taught a security trick by my dad to always replace the screws that come with door knob sets and use 2-3" wood screws which are much harder to break through. This door set is available in antique brass, black, stainless, and brass.

[Rewarded Review] Adequate entry lockset and deadbolt.

The Premier Lock combo lock set contains a locking entry door knob and a single cylinder deadbolt in a satin black finish. The locks are keyed alike and 6 keys are provided. Clear and detailed instructions are also provided. A nice feature is that the latches for the knob and deadbolt are adjustable for a 2 -3/8" or 2- 3/4 " backset. The black finish is nice looking, but unfortunately my entry knob was scratched. I would not consider these to be high security locks. The screws for the latch plates are short , not providing much protection from a forced entry attempt.

[Rewarded Review] Beauty with function.

The Premier Lock Black Entry Door Knob Combo Lock Set with Deadbolt and 6 Keys works out great for me. The locks are keyed alike which means only one key has to be used. The Black color sets the locks out from the door and makes them easier to locate when the lighting is poor. The capability of adjusting the latch is a great convience as in some cases you want a longer latch than normal.

I got to slacks it to replace one at a new home. It seems very solidly made and has a nice satin stainless steel finish. It will fit doors from 1 3/8” to 1 3/4” thick and has an adjustable latch that fits 2 3/8” to 2 3/4” backset. It includes a deadbolt and six keys which is nice, you won’t have to go out and get a bunch of new keys. If you’re looking for a quality lock set with a deadbolt I definitely recommend this lock set.

[Rewarded Review] Took installing three times before it worked perfectly.

I installed this set on an exterior man door to our garage before removing the door for painting. The hardware did not work properly so I read reviews and found others that had the same issues. This wasn’t an easy installation for me because the outside deadbolt is in two pieces that don’t click together in the proper alignment. It was difficult to get the screws to find the threads. The first install resulted in the doorknob only opening when twisted in one direction, clockwise on the inside and counterclockwise from exterior. The instructions were too vague, but I found a video that was helpful. Still, the process was more time-consuming than you would expect. The key lock and unlock for the deadbolt did not work at all, the first installation. After painting the door, my second install had mistakes as well. I finally got things installed in the correct directions. Found the “UP” arrow on the deadbolt interior part. Now it is working perfectly. The screws provided for the strike plate we much shorter than the prior, so I reused the super long screws for better security in the door frame. I only installed one combo set satin stainless US320 Item #ED03. Yes, I would buy this combo again based on all I learned in the process.

[Rewarded Review] Looks good but can feel a little cheap

It looks like a nice stainless steel lock set, but it has a bit of a cheap feel to it. I like the name branded locks because they just feel like they are better constructed. I would have given 5 stars if it has the heft of named brands. This will work perfect for a rental until or home that has a door not exposed to the elements. Overall - it looks good, but some limits on the off-brand manufacturing
