Well packaged with all necessary components neatly organized, no Styrofoam. Looked perfect, good solid handles, and the lock/latch mechanism functioned properly, although it is less substantial than the old one I was replacing.

Pretty happy with this. Looks and works fine. The installation instructions were a tad confusing. My biggest frustration was when trying to get some copies of the keys made, the blank was apparently some Chinese or Mexican type no hardware store or locksmith could match. Finally had to go back to Home Depot and thankfully their automated key machine had the right blanks.

Absolutely beautiful! We had just purchased a beautiful white door with an oval cut glass insert, and this Copper Creek Handleset just made an elegant accent.

Really needed to spruce up the front door and this did the job. It is very smooth to lock and unlock and it handles the kids going in and out.

I loved the egg shaped door knob but unfortunately it was too deep to fit between the door and screen door. A 1/4 inch less and it would have fit. Otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars but I had to return it.
