Terrible customer service at every level
Every aspect of this purchase was terrible from ordering to “attempted” order cancellation to “attempted” return to installation. I now have a lock I don’t want.

This is the 3rd Assure Lock 2 I have purchased, all of them looking to be working great. I think Yale should come out with a lot of color options or the ability to purchase casings in different colors. Maybe even custom colors.
