Just what I hoped for and more!

I'd give it ten stars if I could! Bought the lock a few weeks ago to get away from keys as members of my family lose them often plus we have occasional plants and cat sitters visiting so it was always a juggle. I installed the lock myself and i am not tech savvy at all, that smooth it was! Looks expensive and durable, setting up the codes is easy, app is fantastic and so user friendly. Also works great with Alexa and bluetooth is so reliable! It appears to have many great features and we are still exploring, but it has definately helped our daily routines. Just coming back with full hands of grocery bags and not needing to look for keys sounds so relieving! I'm recommending it to all my friends!T

Disappointment

Nice design, but hard to install and batteries need to be changed very often... every 2 weeks. Now I'm testing it with bluetooth power saving mode to see if batteries will last longer. The most important for me is the Home Assistant integration using Z-Wave and that part is working well. Other tested and evaluated locks, I've changed batteries once a year. Hope in power saving mode I'll get a better batteries life as I'm evaluating and recommending locks to customers and this one is a big no no for now.

Install was super easy. The BILT instructions made each step crystal clear. Connecting it to my Smartthings Hub took a minute to figure out because I had to select other Z Wave device instead of Smart Lock. Love everything about this lock. Looks great on the door and works even better. This was my first Smart Home purchase and I am not computer or mechanical wizard - yet it was easy to install, set up and works great!

Works great with Alexa

Z-Wave allows me to connect the lock to my Alexa and so far it has worked seamless. A perfect add on to my smart home system.
