Hands down the best block ever! I can't understand why smart locks are not solar powered so you don't have to keep recharging the battery manually, it's crazy. So this lock bypasses all that.

Shipping was way too slow. Item packaging looked like it was a previous return. The color was supposed to be satin nickel brass, and the color was gold for some reason. Basically I was sent the wrong item and since shipping was delayed I needed to use a mismatched item since it was time sensitive.

Great Lock. Must be installed by a knowledgeable locksmith.

Great Keyless Non-Electronic Lock. Well made. Very difficult to install. Even my Locksmith had said it was difficult for him. Do not try to install yourself. Get a really good locksmith.

$119 for junk

Lock worked just fine for 6 months then it started to malfunction. When I contacted their Customer Service I got the run-around for two days before I was able to get anyone on the phone. After a back and forth I was told that I needed to go buy a replacement part at my local hardware store, open the lock and replace the part myself. So much for a warranty. They refused to send me a new lock to replace the DEFECTIVE one. Now I'm stuck with a $119 piece of junk on my door.

Fiddly to set up but absolutely excellent product!!!!! I love it.

This is a great product. This unit is all mechanical - no batteries. Other battery powered door locks are sort of a hassle since they need battery replacement every now and then and you can get locked out when the battery gets low. This one is all mechanical so no battery issues. It is a bit fiddly to set up with some teeny weeny parts, but once it is set up and installed, it works really well. We have several of the marine grade units outside for several years now and they show no signs of corrosion or deterioration. I highly recommend.

good lock too many combinations

Installation was easy. Instructions could have been better. If you use the metal frame provided then you dont have to drill the holes in the door. The instructions dont tell you how to install the lock in this way. If you mock up (put the lock together before installing) you will figure it out. If you want the lock to it's fullest strength drill the holes. The other issue I have with the lock is that the numbers that you put in can open the lock in any combination. With a 4 digit combination it can be inputted in 29 different ways. Such as input 1234 and you can open the lock with 4321,1324, 3124, ect. I had a little trouble with how to make the lock work on a left and right sided door. It's a pin that you have to adjust. The lock is built solid and being mechanical it doesnt need batteries and is more reliable. So far working great.
