Beautiful set! However after having it installed for 6 months, it is not wearing well. Picture show how faded the handle is and the wear in the lock plate. Also, the keys are not very sturdy. I had one break in the door while trying to unlock it.

This broke unfortunately after 2 months and was past return window. All other locks and handles ok so far and looks high quality.

These door handles are great quality and price. I was looking for somthing simple and sleek and this is just that. So glad I found it at such a good price and fast and free shipping as well!

This entry set was perfect on my back door. I ordered the satin brass and the finish on it was beautiful! Looks so expensive. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered two of these lever sets about 6 months ago. I purchased the satin brass to go on black doors and love the look. The hardware is heavy and appears to be good quality. Hopeful the finish lasts without discoloration!

Awful! Cheaply made. Didn’t even last three months. The exterior handle popped out because a interior screws broke off. I was barely able to even detach the second screw from the front door and the unit scratched up my door in the process. Now I have to have to find a different rectangle based handle to cover the scratches on my 3k door!

Very high end and Simply Gorgeous. The weight of this Handleset / Door Lever is very substantial and is a great purchase. A solid purchase for sure.

This is a beautiful doorknob, but it broke within three months of purchase. We had it installed right when we got it (at the end of March), and today, the deadlatch literally snapped off. How does that it event happen? We had to disassemble the doorknob to get in and out of the house. We love this doorknob, so we are going to just go get another dead latch, but FYI to other purchasers out there!

Excellent quality from Sure-loc brand and beautiful finish on the satin brass color. I had already purchased interior door levers so I had a positive feeling about the brand. Even my contractor commented on the quality.

This is great quality and looks perfect with our Craftsman-style front door. Very pleased with the appearance. It also locks smoothly and the handles are solid so I think it will last a while.

Junk. The first one was replaced and now my key won't go in to the lock fully on this one and it's too late to return. Do not buy. Especially now that the price is 30% more than what I paid a year ago.

Probably the worst purchase I have made in Wayfair. I bought three of these, two came damaged (the components were bent) and the one that wasn’t damaged is such poor quality that the paint is flaking off after a month. Unfortunately this was for a new build project and by the time I realized they needed to be returned, I was passed my refund window. Don’t make the same mistake, just skip these handles.

Awesome handlelock set! Installed this on our backyard patio French doors and it installed perfectly and looks great. Very sturdy materials and great finish. Very happy with this!

This handleset is gorgeous… however this, along with two other sets of sure loc hardware did not fit the cut outs on any of my doors. We were going through a major renovation and I couldn’t wait to have these installed. I’m heart broken. I’m also just outside of the 30 day return period and have tried to correspond with Wayfair customer service multiple times over the past three weeks without any luck, which is unfortunate as I have bough so many amazing products and have always had great customer service until now.

The brushed brass is gorgeous! Very substantial in weight, lever feels good in hand. Difficult to install the deadbolt straight. Boxes did not include the 2 34 latch which was needed for the front door. Customer service put in a replacement part order with no issues.

There were parts missing so they can't be installed. Wayfair quickly sent me replacements, but they are also missing the 2 X 2 3/4" necessary backsets to fit the door opening.

Beware this does not have a covered lock as pictured. Ordered and reordered twice before the manufacturer informed Wayfair they no longer make that lock set. There were a couple flaws on the back plate. Nice style though.

Beautiful modern style but manufacturing defects make this a tough one to recommend. Too much play in the interior throw. One arrived with a defective tumbler. I will not order a lockset from Sure-Loc in the future. Too many issues.

This handle is gorgeous and sturdy. You can tell it’s well made. I did have a bit of an issue installing, but it was because the previous handle I had required a smidge differently spaced holes than is standard. I ended up being able to drill a little to make it work and, because this is a plate design, everything is covered nicely and no one can tell.

Although we loved the set when it arrived, after only a few months installed on our patio door, the finish has flaked off and it looks awful. To add to the trouble, it also shifts even though it is screwed tightly and this has scratched our new door. The picture is with the new knob I just installed but clearly shows the scratches. Too bad because it looked well made when it arrived.
