The set screws needed to install are nefariously small, making the installation a bit frustrating, and occasionally you may think something is secure only to have it pop off. One hint: make sure the wall anchors are sunk all the way to the wall surface, or there will be a weakness in the installation.

poor quality control
I bought 2 of these and the matching wall ring. 2 out of the 6 wall anchors were flawed, the screw caught on the wall anchors prematurely causing the wall anchor to start spinning. I ended up having to mud the 2 useless holes, fix the wall anchors by clipping off the end of it and mount them a few inches away. if you buy this item, run the screw through the wall anchors and make sure they run all the way through without binding. looks good once corrected
