The desk is perfect! It was a floor model the price was right, floor model no assembly. Just a simple desk!

Good value

Definitely takes a while to put together the drawers but overall pretty straightforward assembly. Coordinates nicely with the Dakota Pass bookcases.

Great Desk

Honestly this is a great desk for the money, my only complaint is that it was a little difficult to build.

Dakota Pass Desk

Sauder is always my first choice for desks, credenzas, cabinets and pantries. With few exceptions, the parts fit togehter well and the connecting hardware perfors as it should.

Defective product

We brought the desk home and it took me about 3 hours to assemble it. The drawers of course are the last part to be assembled and they were manufactured incorrectly and would not close. American Furniture sent out a repair person to confirm what I told them about the defect. Instead of taking the product back without a charge, I had to pay $40.00 as a restocking fee to return their defective product. I then found a desk at Target, put it together and everything works. The American personnel seemed to not care, so I will not be a customer again!

It took about a hour to put it together but it is awesome would highly recommend but you do have to follow Instructions but it’s awesome
