Such a beautiful mantel. The color is very pretty and has some textured areas. I wish it would've been more textured like it shows in photos. It's kind of glossy and has a finish on it. I'm sure once it is up against the brick, we won't notice much. It's still very pretty and I am happy with the purchase!

We purchased this product as "open'' package at a discount. It arrived in perfect condition. Solid construction, unfinished. It has not been stained yet or installed, so I don't know the entire outcome yet. But we were very pleased with the quality of the product at an affordable price.

Perfect over our fireplace. Had to do extra sanding when trying to stand. Several small holes filled with wood putty.

I have just renovated a whole house, and purchased 3 Pearl mantels. This one is being used as a headboard shelf in one of the guest suites, and it's a great solution. It is unfinished, so we oiled it with watco natural danish oil. Pearl makes beautiful pieces, and it's pretty easy to hang the z-brace. Great value.

Unstained mantel looked great. After staining there are multiple places, including a large spot in the middle of the front, that will not hold stain. Multiple attempts to sand and stain have done nothing to correct the issue. Would not recommend an unfinished version of this product.

It’s pretty and simple

This is a beautiful, heavy mantel. Rich brown color. It does not come with mounting hardware, you must get that for your specific mounting surface.

It looks great on the wall. Super easy to hang. I wish the pearl trademark was pearly, because not knowing what it is, it looks like it has been chipped .
