Bed arrived and I am very pleased. Top quality.
The bed was well made, with a nice finish. Seems like the parts would be very sturdy- however, the Scandinavian oak color looks super yellow/orangey compared to the website, so I returned it before I put it together.
awful customer service MISSING PIECES
this bed was missing both side rails and a support beam for the middle, these are intrical parts of the bed frame, when I reached out to customer service they were extremely rude and unehlpful saying that it's not home depots problem because it's a third party vendor threough their website and i needed to contact the company directly that home depot wouldn't be able to send replacement parts or even offer to help me get them. and the company selling it is sketchy and doesn't respond to any email
