Not happy at all with this product. Arrived with 2 screws protruding below the bottom of the unit. Scratched my wood floors. I loosend up the screws so they were no longer an issue but the unit is now not holding its tempurature. Returning for a refund.

Loud. Temperature dramatically fluctuates. Junk.

I bought this from Kohl's instead of a typical appliance retailer because I had Kohl's cash to use, it's a terrible piece of equipment! It makes a really loud "clunking" sound, the operation is fairly quiet but at least once ever 2 hours I jump because of the loud clunking noise. More importantly it does not hold a temperature! I have it set to 58 degrees, ideal for whites and reds (before decanting) and it fluctuates anywhere from 58 to 65 degrees! I keep my house at 68 degrees year-round so it's definitely not the inside temperature. I tried calling customer service but was on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnected.

XLNT WINE COOLER.

Xlnt packing, shipped all across the US. Easy to install, must let set for 24 hours, sides get very hot than when it adjusts it cools down. Bad smell when you first turn on than goes away in about three hours. Had it for 5 days , hope it lasts as my Sanyo S-3500 lasted 19 years but could not get a temperature control part.
