As its name suggests, the Schwinn Day Tripper isn't the cargo trailer you'd pack for a weekend of gravel road bikepacking, but it really shines in everyday use. Hitching it up for a quick grocery run is super easy, and the mounting attachment is subtle enough to stay on the bike permanently. The two-wheel design lets you load it up without any trouble, and there are plenty of attachment points for securing odd-sized items. It's a straightforward, practical cargo trailer that we found very enjoyable to use.

It’s bigger than I thought it would be, but definitely not too big! I timed it and it took me fifteen minutes to assemble and about ten minutes to connect to my bike. The bike bit was pretty challenging it confused me. My mom really likes this too; I’m worried she might steal it from me lol. It pulls behind me very easily and it’s easy to get used to on the bike.

This was relatively easy to put together. It comes with some good safety features, such as the flags on the back and reflectors. The wheels are heavy duty in my opinion. This will be great when we go for long rides on the bikes instead of having everything on our backs. The top (red part) is great but if u fold it back you have a lot more storage vertically!

Received it on Jun 22. I was well pleased on the whole set up. Well worth the money. The tripper pulls quite and level, true. Rims and tires are great. The flooring is usable, not real sturdy. I will put a plastic box inside the card. Or some shelving or support attached to the bottom. One all well pleased.

AWESOME trailer - I need a new top tarp!

I absolutely LOVE my trailer! My "problem" was created by myself - I took my trailer to the grocery store and bought 4 bottles of grape juice. I was leaving the store lot and took the corner too fast and my trailer flipped. It skidded a foot or two and tore my tarp on top. All was OK inside, just want to replace my trailer tarp.

I would recommend this trailer easy to put together easy to take down and store against the wall. Set up and take down is a Breeze.

Usable tool

Does the job. But I was kind of suspicious of the $99.00 price but bought it anyway. I'm not positive but I'm thinking its a return or a second quality as the underside was scraped up. Knowing this I kept it because the instructions say not to return it to Walmart so I'm assuming they would have wanted me to return it somewhere (by mail) I didn't check into this so I'm not sure. My main reason for keeping it I needed it pretty badly. Its works but will need to be painted over the scrape. It works great and I've used it many times. The scrape is just a cosmetic thing but if I had paid more it would have gone back.

Love it but it dont line up properly, the first time i open it the clip at the front broke , i did not get a response about replacing it so i am stock with a broken item.

Good. Cart. I use it to carry my bulldog. On bike rides. Folds Nice. Except for front. Support. Bar. Is tough to unattach.

The canvas cover tore on my first day using this product. The materials are cheap and it won't last. Don't buy this.

beach ready

I bought this to use at the beach to haul cooler, towels, chairs, etc. It maneuvered well on hard sand loaded down surprisingly and followed well. We strapped 2 beach chairs to the top with bungee cords since it is high enough to not touch the wheels, worked perfect. Negatives were I could not get one of the stabilizing bars completely snapped in place, very tight, and I feel if I did it wouldn't come back out to be able to close up/lay flat to transport easier. We partly put into its place as far as it would go and still held without closing up/issues. I saw in other reviews this same issue, so if Schwinn reads this you need to fix this problem. Also one of the strap/buckle clips came already cracked so the top wouldn't close to stay shut/covered on one side. Not really a big deal for my use, but still for what you pay it should be fixed and I am taking care of that today to get a replacement.
