As the attached photos shown, the hand shower cannot be inserted into the holder on the slide bar, I ended up need to use the duct tape to hold it temporarily. Is there Mayfair can to fix this problem?

Poor performance of this shower system.

We are very disappointed with this shower system. Water flow is not good through either the rain shower head or the hand held head. Water pressure to our house is not the problem as we have a similar shower head in our guest bath which works great. We had a professional install this at great expense and they can't figure it out. No call back when we called Pulse.

I like the showerhead design and appearance, but after install I noticed it seems to be leaking at one of the joints. I reached out to Pulse, but they still haven't responded back. So I guess I'll be uninstalling and returning the showerhead to the store.

This seemed to be a nice unit although it was never installed. Nice smooth operating valve and good chrome work. When looking up a cut sheet this gave me dimensions that would work. However, when it actually arrived one of the 1st things I noticed was that included paperwork had a greatly different set of dimensions. Even with the exact same model #. So, I could not use it. Too bad, it was the best of those I have looked at, at least for this application.

showerhead problem

The shower is nice, but had a problem with the system making a loud horn noise. Called a plumber who replaced the cartridge in the regulator - twice - to no avail. Called the Pulse manufacturer customer helpline, it was business hours but could no speak to a human. Left a message but no reply. Finally went to Lowes and bought a new showerhead, that seemed to fix the problem. Cost of plumber and new showerhead exceeded cost of the Pulse system.

PULSE Retrofit Rain Shower and Hand Held Sprayer

This replaced a shower head I got when we first remodeled the bathroom. The rain shower is great, and I love having a sprayer, Retrofit was easy and no problems whatsoever. Great buy!

check for defective parts before installing

First time the plumber turned the water on the unit blew apart due to a defective coupling on the top of the main vertical pipe. evidently the connection was cracked and the water pressure cause it to come apart. Their customer service was great and sent a replacement part the same day that i told them of the problem. only issue was it was sent UPS from California to GA and took a week to get to me.

Should have some experience at assembling plumbing

The Shower Heads work great. The instructions to assemble was poor. There were no instructions to assemble the overhead shower head.

Too big for standard walk-in shower

I was excited to get this, but I have a standard 28" between the holes (shower arm and faucet handle). The arm is 28" so it would land directly on the shower handle. Most brands of this type have arm lengths 24" or less and I'll need to return this and get a a different brand.

Love it, except…

Pulse was a reasonably priced option for my bathroom remodel. I love the adjustable height handheld shower head and the rain shower provides good pressure. However, within a few months, the pressure cartridge inside the divertervalve began to leak, so my bargain was not as great as I had hoped. I spent $50 on a new cartridge. Luckily, my contractor is a friend, so he didn’t charge to replace it. Idk if I’ll use the Pulse brand in the future.

The rattle in the hand held wand ...

Ok.. . something we didn't know and thought the handheld wand was broken. We sent it back for a replacement. The 2nd one arrived and same rattle. We called Pulse customer service and no one has called back for a week. Terrible service. We went to a plumbing store and the high end wands rattled also. I asked the owner and he said it's the ball in the wand for pulsating action when the water is running. We didn't know. Just an FYI for anyone who may wonder the same thing. We are waiting to install in the next 2 weeks. It's nice and hope it works well. We will update further.

Installation was more difficult than expect. Some details in the instructions could’ve been more clear. But, I persevered through these obstacles and am very pleased with the end result, product is mostly metal and well constructed.
