Expensive, but of superior quality.

I'd give this gorgeous rug 10 stars if I could. The colors are as pictured. The quality is very good. The print is a bit larger than the picture might suggest. I just got this rug...so I can't comment on how it wears. I got the 8 x 10 which was more like 7'10" x 9'10" approximately. This rug is expensive, but the quality is magnificent.

This runner cost too much for what it is. We use the runner rug in back bedroom hallway. It initially looked wonderful, but the product did not stand up to daily wear and tear in a low-traffic area of a part-time dwelling. This rug looked wonderful upon arrival: shimmery, medium thickness, neutral off-white color, and an attractive subtle texture-based design. It shed only as expected for a new rug (as in: it shed slightly, and after a few weeks this stopped). Unfortunately, the runner quickly took on a dirty look despite the fact we are a "no shoes" house and only walk on it in in bare feet or socks. Eventually and all-too-soon the edges frayed. So, we are cutting the long strings that are exposed on the fraying edges until I can find a suitable replacement.

This ride was more expensive than I wanted to spend, but once I saw it, I knew it was worth far more than I spent. It is absolutely gorgeous.

I own two of these small rugs in different colors. I purchased them from a large department store years ago. I paid twice as much as I did at Overstock. When I saw this one on Overstock I had to have it. The quality is outstanding. And the design is beautiful, it is a classic that will never go out of style.

beautiful!

I just received this rug and it's beautiful! Very high quality, the rug is thick but very flexible. The color is more yellow-y than it appeared on my computers, in low light it looks pretty neutral but in high light, like daylight, the yellow is apparent. I would say it's like wheat or a dark ivory. The color has a slight variation, I think the manufacturer is trying to mimic real pearl and it's actually quite effective. It's a very pretty color but just beware if you are looking for a rug that is more off-white. I also have the Seaflora rug in a larger size in the shell color and it too is beautiful.
