Best toilet we've ever purchased. Not kidding when they talk about their super-flushing system. Takes "stuff" down in one flush.

Great Toilet!

I really like this Toto toilet. I bought the Drake and the Entrada for my 2 bathrooms and I like the Entrada the best. very quick flush and refill, and it is much quieter than the Drake. so glad I got the chair height too!

Do not buy this toilet or use Lowe’s Installation

This toilet and Lowe’s installation services have been a nightmare. Avoid both at all costs. The toilet started leaking 1.5 hrs after installer left. Water drained from completely from tank to bowl. I called Lowe’s and they couldn’t send someone back for 8 days. I live in a 1 toilet home. So I called my own licensed plumber to come that day. They replaced the flapper and tightened the tank to the bowl because the Lowe’s installer hadn’t even tightened it down and it was wobbly. While that solved the massive leak, it still had a very slow drip. I called Lowes back per direction of my plumber to inform a brand new toilet should not have these issues. And was told by Lowe’s because I called my own plumber who installed a replacement of a part that wasn’t working (on a brand new toilet that was leaking in a one toilet home!) that my toilet was now no longer under warranty and Lowe’s would not allow return or anyone to come back and fix it. I was apparently supposed to wait 8 days for Lowe’s to come back to my 1 toilet home and deal with a toilet that drained from tank to bowl in 2 hours. How is this even possible? Avoid this Toto toilet and Lowe’s installation at all costs. Faulty toilet aside these bozos they send to your home aren’t even licensed plumbers.

Do not recommend

I don't reccomend this toilet or Lowes's install services. Both have been nothing but headache and heartburn. Where to begin?! You get slammed with bots as soon as you purchase the install service. The bot canceled on me the morning of install. Rescheduled 2 days later. Toilet then installed and no more than 2 hours later the water level was down 3 inches and tank was hissing. Taking the lid off I noticed the tank wasn't even fully secured to the base and was crooked. Called Lowes and was told they could come back in 1 week. Seriously? This is a 1-toilet home. I turned off the water line and hired my own plumber who came the next day. Learned Lowes's installer did 4 things wrong (the wobbly tank being just 1). Two hours later the water level was down 2 inches. Plumber came back and replaced the flapper. Water now holds. Why does a brand new toilet need a new flapper? Plumber still is not satisfied with the toilet because there are still trickles of water making their way into the bowl hours after a flush. Plumber doesn't know what more to do. I called Toto Technical Support and they were no help. What a nightmare. Avoid this toilet and Lowes Install. Just hire your own licensed plumber and take their recommendations for toilets. My plumber said he never has issues with Totos but this must be a low end that they make just for the big box stores.

2 years install working fine

I was happy with my choice of toilets, my objective was to find a small toliet that did not take up too much floor space. The flush is a little loud.

Happy overall

Toilet is great, price was great, delivery was great. Only reason I don't give it a five is because 6 nuts and 6 washers are required for assembly according to instructions and only 4 nuts and 4 washers are supplied.

Not a typical toilet size

I wish the title and description of this toilet accurately reflected the fact that this is a much smaller than usual toilet. I didn’t compare the specs to another standard toilet because, quite frankly, I didn’t think I had too. Nothing in the name would lead me to believe this wasn’t a normal-sized toilet. It is not really for a grown adult - the seat is extremely small which makes it uncomfortable to sit. It’s great for my toddler though. Disappointed overall.

Came double boxed and well padded, in two separate boxes. Have bone colored sink and Sedona beige matched well. Extra height is nice. Tank is very small, flush is powerful. Plumber said the screws were inferior. Product looks good once installed . Happy with purchase seat sold separately. Best prices at Wayfair

Excellent product

Flushing takes only a couple of seconds and I’ve never needed to flush twice. The tank has a streamlined shape, though the main portion looks conventional. at this price, even having to add the seat, I can’t imagine a better toilet.

This is the best toilet I have ever had.After 26 years using an old one that I don’t even know the brand, this Toto is amazing. It flushes so quickly and powerfully. It’s a whole new experience for me. I’ll have to get another one for my other bathroom

It Deserves Six Stars

I picked the right toilet. Toto is really just as good as they say it is. Even with less water, it has enough power to remove everything the very first time. It's relatively quiet, as well. I would buy this again and again and it really deserves six stars.

Installed about a month ago, and we are very pleased with the product. This was installed into a compact bathroom so we were looking for a smaller design that still performs well. Although this is smaller, it seems to have a more efficient flush than other toilets we have had. Quicker flush, quicker recovery, and easy to keep clean. We will purchase another one of these when we remodel our next bathroom.

Great toilet

I am very pleased with this toilet. It works very well. It has a strong flush and I only need to flush once to remove contents. The size, while small, fits within my bathroom and I like the height. I don't find it particularly loud. I purchased this toilet to replace an old one and I have a second toilet that will likely need to be replaced soon. I would definitely consider buying another one of these toilets.

Look elsewhere. Toto name is overrated.

This is a base model Toto toilet. It was shipped to me without any plastic mounting parts. When I contacted the service dept., they told me that they were out of stock. I had to buy 3rd-party parts on my own in order to mount the toilet.

This toilet is great! It uses little water yet has a strong flush without clogging. It’s also nice and small which is perfect for small bathrooms, but the seat is still tall enough. Others have said that it doesn’t clean the sides of the bowl well when flushing and that’s true. But it’s worth it for the other factors. People have said it’s loud and I haven’t noticed it being loud. I highly recommend this toilet and would buy it again.

Great water-saving toilet for small bathrooms

I needed a small toilet for a small bathroom and the Entrada fit the bill. It was easy to install, looks great, and it works well. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that this toilet doesn't keep very much water in the bowl at all, so it needs to be cleaned a lot. But I guess that's the trade-off you make for putting in a water-saving toilet. On the bright side, my water bill has already gone down significantly. Overall, I'm glad I chose the Entrada.

Great toilet so far

Seems like a great toilet so far. Bought to replace another Toto toilet which had specialty parts and was more expensive. Talked to a plumber he suggested this model as it can use common repair parts. And also has great flushing force, so there is less likelyhood of a plugged toilet.
