I highly recommend this product!

I ordered this product for its visual beauty and style, but also because it is made in US. It became obvious when assembling the product that the diagrams/drawings were 100% accurate down to the most finite detail AND the instructions were written in understandable English (not a weird translation from another language). Kudos to the engineers that designed this product, and the copy writers! Oh, also, I appreciate the extra pieces: fasteners; screws; etc. I did lose two different fasteners and was pleased to see that there were extras...always welcome. I am very pleased with the final assembled product, it is substantial and it sets a very nice style for my home office. In addition, its functionality is unique and very purposeful...I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Good piece of furniture, but company doesn't honor tax-exemp

The item is very nice. The price was good as well, however, we are a non-profit - tax-exempt company and we were told that you do not honor tax-exempt status companies so we will not be purchasing anything from you in the future if taxes will be charged. The response from my email request for tax exemption refund actually told me to shop elsewhere if we wanted a tax-exempt purchase, which I found odd.

Purchased in a group with the desk. As stated, quality material used to build. Not press wood. Works well with the desk as a group.

It is beautiful, but it took 4 guys 3 hours to put together.

Love this product. We needed it for our Sony 65" smart TV which also has a Samsung soundbar. So the 62" width was perfect for the tv and the 22" depth was perfect to place the tv and soundbar in front of it. The woofer fits great in the bottom left opening, the center opening houses our Sony DVD/VHS combo and router, and the right side opening houses the sat box. We don't need to install the doors. Great size and very good price.

Product used in my home office

A lot of pieces and parts and steps in assembling. Aside from this, good quality and good looking desk.

This is one of the best looking credenzas that I have seen. I would have given it 5 stars except for the slice out top being a foolish design. I would have prefered that individual drawers pull out. My purpose for it was to make a TV stand out of it and replace the center shelf with an electric log set. I had a picture frame that fit perfectly in the opening and it turned out very nice. Govets delivered the credenza at the best price and shortest time. Very pleased.

Horrible shipping company

The Sauder product is very nice and good looking but unfortuantly I did not get to see it as my product was delivered with box pretty badly damaged and once i opened box. the boards were cracked or scratched. They left it out on the driveway even though i went out there to try to talk to hem,the y just ignored me and were in a hurry to leve without caring for my opinion on where to leave it. Not a good customer experience with this shipping company that Sauder used. Although Sauder was very prompt in giving me a full refund.

Very classy and excellent piece of furniture

Bought this item to match the executive desk in the same series. Looks great in my home office. Now just waiting on the hutch and technology pier. There were a few items damaged in transit but Sauder quickly replaced them at no fee. Received the replacements in 3 days. Highly recommend!

Easy to assemble if you take the time to follow the directions carefully. Very good quality for the money.

Highly recommend this credenza

Credenza arrived with one of the pieces cracked. Called Office Furniture and they had a replacement sent. It was also cracked. They then sent a third one and it was good. This is a heavy desk and I believe that both cracked pieces were the reult of shipping problems. Office Furniture did not hesitate to replace the cracked boards and I appreciate they stand by their products. After putting the credenza together it was great. There are a lot of pieces and probably took 5-6 hours to put together but it was worth it.

Almost perfect

It's a really nice and functional piece of furniture for the price. The only reason I could not give it 5 stars is because when the top is in the closed position, it is not flush against the back and leaves a 3/4" opening. This could be designed for access to wires but it does take away from the aesthetics of the piece.

This is a nice product. We've put it in a conference room at work, it looks nice and is functional.

I like the way it looks, just not easy to put together.

Once we got it together, which was not easy at all, it looks really nice.

I would not recommend this product

When we opened the box the wood was damaged and pieces were broken. It is very cheaply made and definitely not worth the price. I am returning it and will not buy this brand again. Do not buy this product!
