Everything is functional. If it is a very good product I can tell you after using the safe for at least 12 month.

Very Frustrating!

Good size but very frustrating to open. It takes me 5-10 tries every time before I will be able to push the handle down to open (after the code has been put in). Additionally, this last time I got a light indicating I had to change the batteries. No instructions on what size lithium batteries or where the battery is compartment is. I don't see it on the outside of the safe and I can't open it. Just way too frustrating to deal with every time.....and for over $400!

Very Nice Safe

So far very nice. The size is perfect for my needs, and I like the adjustable shelves. The handle seems a bit sticky when opening but I have hope that eases with a bit of usage.

Need more shelves!!

I previoulsy had a smaller Sentry Safe for 20+ years. I purchased this larger model recently and it only has TWO shelves! My main reason for purchasing was to have more storage room. This model came from the factory with only two shelves!!! I need THREE or Four more shelves to use for jewelery etc. PLease advise on purchasing the correct shelves. Thank you.

It was way bigger than I expected, but overall the quality is great!

When delivered it was dented and the handle was kind of loose. After 4 weeks the handle has broke off. I am not wrestling this safe back out of the place I have bolted it down to. I have gorilla glued the handle back in place with the hope that may fix the problem. Would return if it would not be such a chore. Did not add a photo due to it being already installed and handle is glued. I don't blame Lowes, I blame Fedx and Sentry.

After opening just the top of the box, I had already noticed that the safe was dented badly.

No key only combination

Before i purchase it shows me it has bout lock key and combination...but it ddnt

Great size.

Perfect little size where someone can’t just pick it up and walk off with it. I didn’t like the 3rd party delivery service. My safe is dented and I’m getting the run around.

Easy to Use

Easy to access and a perfect size. It was delivered with two dents in the safe's outer shell, however the shipping box showed no damage.

Safe, yes. Handle, no.

Seems like a decent safe...except for the handle. It bends when locking and unlocking. I do not have a good feeling about it.

Cheap handle bug questions

Pay 400 dollars for a big bad safe and a toddler could break it. They used a cheap plastic handle for reasons unknown.

Don’t buy this for any reason

Eats batteries.Decides when it wants to open. One of the worst purchases I ever made. With the battery receiver apparently malfunctioning now, changing batteries will not open the safe. I am actually going to have to open it with an angle grinder. Unbelievably bad product.

Thank you for quick ship to store, which I picked up. The safe has a small dent on the top rear. It is easy to set up and operate. I am sure, it will be useful and protective in the times to come.

Arrived damaged

Lowe's staff were wonderful and very empathetic and accommodating when we realized SentrySafe product had arrived damaged (not Lowes' fault). This is the second time I've attempted to purchase this safe online and have it delivered to my home or a local store. Both times it arrived very damaged. SentrySafe is not packing this with enough protection and both safes arrived dented in multiple places, so beware.

Performs as designed - interior small and some inner compartments tight - but overall very good for the price - not unhappy with the purchase.
