Well, when I opened it appeared to have been dropped before it got to me, there were a couple of small dents, and the corner was pushed in a bit, but so far it opens and closes and locks.

Perfect for us!

We’ve been wanting to see for a while. We looked around and this one met all of our requirements. Walmart had it for the best price and no shipping. It was an easy decision. We’re very happy with it. The instructions were excellent. My only suggestion is get a hammer drill if you don’t have one.

Nice Safe...Few Minor Issues.

Nice safe...easy to put together. Only a couple minor issues:

Having a key override the code was the feature that sold me. There will be a day the battery dies & I like having a key to open it.

Lock was faulty and it had to be returned.

What we expected but larger and heavier than we expected. Doesn’t fit where we planned for.

SECURE SAFE TO LAST

EXACTLY MET MY EXPECTATIONS.

Doesn't always want to open.

So far, so good. Easy to assemble. Somewhat heavy (175lbs.) so I bought a hand truck for stairs to get it in the house. No sure if "White Glove Delivery" was available or not. About two days longer than the predicted delivery date, but no big deal for me in this case. Fits nicely in the space we had available and looks like it will do what we need it to do.

It didn’t work, the door would not unlock with the electronic key pad. I called the manufacturer and first thing they told me is that the battery had to be very new. Then they sent me a new electronic board, still did not work. Then they told me is was a discontinued model and to return it. Their replacement model is not out yet, they probably told me this so that they can get off the hook.

Pretty good little safe. I actually needed a 10ft cu safe as I ran out of room very quickly. But I do like this safe. I would have gave it 5 Stars but the shelving tabs where they screw in can easily strip out and the glass shelves just sit on top of the shelf tabs you can not lock them in. Safe of course needs to be Fireproof Plus ths one is Waterproof. As I live in the Gulf of AK need that WP protection. Safe comes w/2 Emergency Opening Keys. I store each one in different safes.

It’s beautiful, sturdy and just what we were looking for

Very functional. Handling, during shipping, left something to be desired as there were some chips which I had to match & paint touch-up. That said, solid product, thus the 5-stars.

Problematic opening and closing of the safe

The door locking mechanism is very problematic. You have to be very abrupt with right and left turning of the three arms to get it both opened and locked when done. Alternately you can use the keys supplied. Would not recommend this safe.
