Door will not close

I encountered an issue while setting up the safe. After removing the set screw and attempting to close the door, I found that it would not shut. I reached out to the helpline, but the wait time was 45 minutes, and unfortunately, I couldn't wait that long. I took a video of the problem and also sent an email through the website, which Sentry acknowledged receiving. However, I didn't receive a response within 48 hours (Wednesday-Friday). As a result, I felt compelled to share this feedback.

I’d like to combination lock, but I don’t like that. You can’t change the combination.

Size matters.

This safe is a nice size. Perfect size. It holds enough but is still easily moveable. The combination/key lock are beneficial features.

Perfect Size - All in one Place

The size of this safe allowed me to consolidate files, jewelry, and electronic hard drives. I had to research it, but trays, drawers, and even a locking tray are available. I bought an extra tray, and now I have everything in one safe place, no longer worried about fire or water.

Living my second safe just like my first safe

I love my century SAFE. This is my second one, I outgrew the other one. At first with this new one touchscreen I was having problems opening it, but I just waited and now everything is perfect and I love it.

Could reopen de box

I was just installing the box and even before putting batteries on I could reopen it using the key. Had to return it.

Out of box failure, no response from SentrySafe

Received my safe and I am unable to use it due to missing part. Contacted SenteySafe using their website contact option and only reply for past 24 hours was my case number.

[Rewarded Review] Cheap material

Business got broken into and the thief cut through the door like butter with a saws-all. This is very cheap material and not at all secure. DO NOT PURCHASE if you have valuables inside.
