i love this mini split system. Easy to install, DIY friendly. this is the 3rd time we bought it. The price is very competitive.

28000 BTU Tri-zone mini

Install was fairly easy installed on second story mounting system. Would suggest a hoist due to weight of unit. My unit did come with an internal connector not fully seated "12k unit wouldn't recirculate freon". Sam from tech support diagnosised and had it running in 20 min. Internal connectors should have tape or glue to ensure they do not move during transportation. The two smaller unit keep room beyond tolerable cold. Great dehumidifier setting aswell. Would buy again.

They sent me the units.

They sent me the units. It’s missing the line sets communication, wire, and drainage houses. We just found out yesterday. I ordered 25ft lines and were short two of those and short 3 16ft so am I happy NOT AT ALL I paid in full for everything and it should’ve came what I paid for

I like the product however

I like the product however the line sets leave a lot to be desired during install of the six that I bought five of the line sets had cords that were too short. If you are going to sell a line set and pair it with a wire that is the exact same length you have to keep in mind there is at least 3 feet of wire needed from the end of the line set to get to the control box on the indoor units not to mention another at least 3 feet needed at the outdoor unit to reach from the bottom line set hookup to the control panel. And yes I did have to trim the line set back on the units so there was even extra left over but not near enough. other than that exceptional product all this just made the install a huge pain.

The air feels different than

The air feels different than what I had from central air. It does a great job at pulling the humidity out of the room.

Nice at first then horrible

My sister lives in Roselle NJ. She purchased the 3 unit package . She also purchased the extra warranty as well as a service contract with the gas company. The unit was install by a local professional contractor. The unit stop working, they sent the tech working on it a new circuit board, then a compressor. $900.00 & months down the lines I was told it has a leak but they could fine it & it's best to just but a new unit & start over . Techs came out over 4 times & charge a fee each additional time . Called the company they sent parts but no service. Warranty ran out & the gas company service contract picked up they came out only to charge for the time, each time they were there & still left with a unit that don't work !

[Rewarded Review] Great and affordable

Our central heat and air went out last year. After dealing with window ac units all summer as soon as these were hooked up they were just as good or better than our previous unit. Power bill has dropped drastically as well by more than half. This set only cost $2700 x2 (I went overkill) while the local air company quoted me $29,000 for parts and installation.

Not a fan

Got these installed only one zone actually cooled but it never stops running well past the set point. I think their tech support knows me by name!

As an owner and Tech. of a small HVAC business I was skeptical of purchasing at first since I didn't have any experience with this brand yet. Received the product, got it installed and so far am very impressed with the quality of the product. Seems to be made just as well as any other brand. Installation was straight forward and is cooling the house very well. I would advise having a company do the install if you don't have any HVAC experience because you will need a vacuum pump, a manifold to verify system operating pressures and other miscellaneous HVAC related tools. If the system is installed properly I would suspect many years of reliable comfort.
