I have not yet installed the mini split because of the weather but everything seems to be good the only thing I would like is if the line cover 90 degree elbow would be able to work to change the direction either way because it is not square it will not work the way I want it to work but other wise it is nice.

I have not yet installed a 3600 BTU dual zone mini split I have a little bit of cold weather so I am waiting to install it and another six to eight days check back with me at the end of January and I'll see give you an update thank you I did install a 9000 BTU unit approximately 3 weeks ago it seemed to be working well in the temperature is at minus 19 Fahrenheit today it is supposed to drop to -33 Fahrenheit

36k btu dual zone system

I purchasedthe 36k btu dual zone mini split a few weeks ago (24k & 12k inside units). I upgraded 1 lineset to 25' and i was never asked which unit i needed the longer linest for, so i assumed it didnt matter, but it did. They sent the longer lineset for the wrong unit. Not a big deal, I called and they sent the right one out with no charge. While installing the units, the connections on the linesets didn't fit the condenser, neither did any of the adapters they sent with the unit. Again, I called and they said they would ship out the correct adapters, free of charge. That was over a week ago and every dayi call, they say it will be "shipped out tomorrow". I'm still waiting. Maybe the unit are great when I finally get to use them, at what point maybe I will update this review. But as of right now, I can't give them a good review.
