Not for Me

I bought 2 of these and decided to return them as they didn't feel cozy. They actually looked more like pieces of thick fabric with the edges simply sewn under. For the price, they were just not worth it for me.

Beautiful color, warm and soft, yet excessively pilled.

Despite gentle washing and air drying, the pilling on this blanket was extreme. At first I thought it may be just for the first couple of months, but I was wrong. Seems to be a manufacturing defect. I returned. Do not recommend the hassle.

Cozy & warm!

I was searching for a certified healthier blanket for my sons bed and this blanket was exactly what I was hoping for. He loves having the additional layer and he sleeps so good on colder nights now.

Not a happy customer

I purchased this blanket, thinking that you got what you pay for it was expensive and I thought it would be a blanket I would have for years to come. I was surprised at how much it shrunk after washing, just as the instructions indicated and line drying. It shrunk so much I had to throw it away. I ended up getting a blanket from L.L. Bean that I have had compliments on from houseguests at how nice and soft it is.

Great feel, size, and look! Love it

I use this blanket every night cuddled up on the couch with my husband and dog, and we all love it. It’s big enough for us to all enjoy it, and it somehow keeps me warm while not making my husband too hot. The material is soft and warming, feels sturdy, and the undyed color looks inviting and chic.

Perfect weight and soft

Perfect winter layer. It is warm and has some weight to it but not heavy or weighted feeling. I was afraid it might be a little rough because of the wool but it is very soft. They grey is neutral and easily matches most colors

Washable??

I loved the weight and feel of this blanket, had the undyed. First time through the wash, I have a good large front load washer, washed it in cold water, delicate cycle, dryed on low in my large dryer, it came out about half the original size and fuzzed all over. My lint filter seemed to have half the wool in it. I was sooo sad. I do not know if the other colors wash better (I am afraid to order another and try. Maybe if I had tried spinning it again in the washer so less water to dry out of it, but I would not call the result I got "washable".

Lovely blanket

This is such a soft and cozy blanket! I ordered a king for my queen size bed based on reviews that recommended ordering up, but it was comically too large and since I'm not planning to wash immediately I am exchanging for a queen size. The blanket has a really nice weight to it and I am excited to start using the size I should have ordered to begin with!

We are huge Coyuchi fans generally -- and this blanket is no exception. It's a great weight and super soft. I'm 6' so I do wish it were just a bit bigger -- but that's not the blanket's fault, it's mine!

Really like the material, color

Really like the material, color and weight, but disappointed in sizing. Pretty sure I thought the Queen size was larger. Should have paid more attention to the measurements . Too small to tuck in. Live and learn.

Great blanket!

My wife and I wanted a new blanket that was large enough for the both of us and then some for our TV room in our finished basement where it’s generally cool, especially in the winter. We also wanted it to be warm, machine washable, yet not too heavy. We ordered the queen sized in blue and it’s perfect. Highly recommend

Great Temperature Control

This blanket is excellent with temperature control and allowing by body to breathe. My husband made a comment recently that since we started using this blanket he isn’t throwing off and putting back on a blanket intermittently throughout the night. I did order a king size for queen size bed and am glad I did.

Poor experience.

After second wash with gentle organic plant based wool detergent (Outback Gold) & delicate dry new blanket frayed apart at edges. I emailed customer service to get a new one because it hadn’t been 30 days. I didn’t receive a response for weeks and once I did the resolution they offered was to send a refurbished blanket to the wrong address. I’ve now paid for a new proper blanket, but have received a refurbished blanket after tracking it down. Poor experience overall.

This is my 3rd one. I love it!

I already have 2 of these (natural and blue) and we all battle for the throw every evening. So I had to get another one (the light brown one). The colors are beautiful, the blanket is soft and is warm. If feels like the natural fibers adjust the warmth. I'm never too hot nor too cold. It's easy to wash (I use a wool safe detergent) and air dry. These are definite keepers. I've had the older 2 throws for years and they look just as new as the new one that I just bought. The quality is great.

Awesome Throw

This is such an awesome blanket, and perfect for cozy days. I love the overall texture to this throw and, while the size is smaller than their usual throws, I don't mind.While it is a bit more on the heavyweight side, it's still breathable and very good at regulating temperature.I would still highly recommend this blanket, and it's a very nice alternative to a full wool throw.

Heavy & soft

Love this blanket. We got it to add an extra layer/weight in the winter. We already have Coyuchi's flannel sheets, so those paired with this new blanket, a cotton blanket and a quilt make for a super warm cozy bed. It is super soft and heavy, feels almost velvety-ish. We got the undyed color for a neutral look, and it's beautiful with the Aegean colored sheets. Thanks again for a really high quality, sustainable product!

As a Sustainability professor of many years, i hunt far and wide for better products and advise local politicos and boards. Altho my blanket is lovely , i thought long and hard about the reality of this product after reading the label in light of and how u all market it and im not thrilled. This really isnt a sustainable product. Cotton grown in India, shipped to Germany than SF than me? And the quantity of organic or recycled fibers isnt so terrific. Kind of misleading folks.Cant u do better?

Best Blanket I've Ever Had

I have wanted this blanket for quite some time and finally purchased it. I have a queen bed and purchased the king size in case of shrinkage. I washed it on cool and dried it on low heat. It shrank to a perfect queen size. I would recommend sizing up one size above your bed size.I put it on my bed last night and sleeping under it was divine. It is so soft that I gathered it around my face and reveled in its warmth with no scratchiness at all. It is the perfect weight and paired with my Coyuchi Topanga Matelasse blanket (which I also LOVE) kept me warm and comfortable. It's the perfect in-between-seasons blanket and would be fantastic paired with a comforter if you live in a cold climate.The quality and ethics of Coyuchi products are unparalleled in the textile industry in my opinion. This blanket is incredibly soft to the touch with slight texture. It’s warm and cozy without being too thick or heavy. The king size is very generous in size. The blue color is beautiful with a few varying blue shades.
