Please bring this back!

I have sensory sensitivities, and this is the only weighted blanket that works for me. It's soft and thick but not overly chunky, and it's just the right amount of weight for sleeping. I have two that I layer on my bed so that I can choose the weight that works best for me that night, and I can't sleep without them! I would love to buy two more, but they've been out of stock for months!

My favorite blanket

I was looking for something to put over just my side of the bed to add extra weight and a little warmth - this is perfect. It feels really comforting and is heavy and well made. I like it a lot more than a weighted blanket filled with beads.

Excellent throw.

This blanket is deceptive. It’s thin, and appears like any other throw. Yet when you pick it up, you’re surprised because you’re lifting much more weight than you expect. This is the heaviest throw I’ve ever seen or used. If you want a cotton blanket that feels like a weighted blanket, this is what you should buy. If you need more weight and warmth in bed, this will be a great addition. It has a lovely texture and a tight weave. Whoever designed and created this did so with care and thought.

A bit heavy

This is a beautiful throw in a lovely color but it is really seriously quite heavy. Probably a good weight for sitting out on a cold patio in late summer but otherwise a bit on the heavy side. Also, probably a bit too heavy to use on a bed unless you really like weighted blankets. But like I said, gorgeous to look at and lovely hand feel.

the perfect weight for a throw

This is the perfect weight for a throw. I received a really heavy throw for Xmas and it was so heavy I felt that I would tear my rotator cuff in my shoulder just to move it. Not to mention that heavier throws are so loosely woven that it provides no warmth. This one is the perfect weight, a little larger than a standard throw and it keeps me warm. The extra length allows me to share the throw too. I love that it is all cotton and organic. It is now my favorite throw.

Succumb to the H e a v y w e i g h t T h r o w

I've been enamored of the idea of weighted blankets, but didn't like the fuzzy synthetic fiber they're commonly made with. I took a chance on this because I figured even if it wasn't actually very heavy, it would still be a nice blanket.
