HORRIBLE DESIGN. The rod does not stay in place in the brackets if you are adjusting or moving the curtains to open or close them. The tightening screws on the bracket does not hold the rod in place no matter how tight you make. Because I had already mounted the brackets, I was not going to unassemble and repack the rod. I had to use my own screws and make holes through each bracket into the rod to screw it in place.

I have to return it. Stuff like that is not good buying on line. You really do not know what you are getting.

looks nice but flawed design

These are very nice looking but the thinner part of the rod is not think enough for the screw to hold it in place at the top to keep the curtain in place when opening and closing the drapes. Too bad

Black curtain rod

The curtain rod is painted and parts of the black is faded.

Terrible

I am beyond disappointed with this item. They arrive completely beat up and scratched. Furthermore, they flex in the center. They without a doubt should have come with a third bracket to support the middle. Customer service was also not at all helpful. As a long time customer of BBB before they moved exclusively online, I'm super disappointed. I should have stuck with the first rods I got from ****.

Inconspicuous curtain rod

The finish looks good, and came well packaged with all necessary hardware. The included screws are philips and probably longer than they need to be. The brackets are stamped steel and fairly basic, although they include set screws to lock the rods in place. The finials are small enough that they can be left on while installing a window treatment with large enough grommets, but can be removed. At full extension the rod is relatively sturdy but I would have preferred a plastic reinforcement grommet on the large rod. Instructions are included but I didn't use them.

Brushed nickel curtain rod. Like the small knob ends that will fit our tight corner to the wall. Received from another vendor. Shipping was good & on time.

Well Made Product

This is a very well made product. The color is solid, there are no paint issues. The finish and the style is sleek enough to fit in a room of modern decorations and furniture. One issue is that there doesn't seem to be anything that keeps the two pieces together when it is extended to it's full length. Either way, unfortunately, this may be too small for me to actually use (length).

Love these simple curtain rods.

These are great for the price! They look great! The only thing is that they don’t lock into place, usually you can twist the bars to get them to stay steady at the desired length. With these you have to tighten the screws on the brackets to get them to stay put. Otherwise, I’m completely happy with them!
