i have a long livivg room it doesn't get cold enough . it works good but i would like it colder.It's on 62 and the temp. in the room is 77

A great unit
I live in a motorhome and as with rv's the ac's are mounted on the roof, well my ac which is 28 years old died and to replace it I was looking at $1,000+. This Serenelife 12,000 btu does the job for around $305.00 and that's including everything I bought to get it hooked up. I had to vent the ac through the living room ceiling vent as I have no windows in the living room that open. Over all I'm happy with this ac.
So far, very pleased with delivery and performance
Unit delivered promptly. Been using it for 2 1/2 weeks. Window kit is better than another brand i used. Works well in cool or dehumidifier modes. When the unit turns off, the louvers automatically close. This threw me off at first //co*ngress and the white Lo_use are running us off the c'liff\\
When my ac went out in the hot summer months of Florida. I bought this product. It saved the day. I have a somewhat small house and it cooled it down pretty good.

Extremely Efficient
Just got this AC today and I am completely happy with it. With the temperature being over 90 degrees outside, this AC unit completely cooled my room and I only set it to 70 degrees. After about 2 hours it was just too cold in my room so I had to turn up the temp (that's a good thing). My previous AC never got this cold and this unit cools all the way down to 60 degrees! Even with 100 degree weather outside I can't imagine ever using this AC at it's coldest setting. So far I am very pleased :-)
