[Rewarded Review] Not a big fan of the chair

The feel of the chair is very cheap for the price. I am 6'3 159 pounds and I felt like the chair was way too small for me. The top of the chair was at my shoulder blade. Didn't like that at all. I took the chair back after having it for 3 hours.

It did not hold up .....paint came off

We purchased this chair and it was not long before the paint started to come off the hand rails. The leather on the arms rests started to flake off. Eventually, the stitching started to come apart on the arm rest. We just use this for our home. The one arm was stripped out when you screw the arm rest in. We did not notice that when we picked it up assembled. We had the store do the assembling. Just a poor decision on our part to purchase. The money we spent on this chair was not worth it.

Worst Chair

TIve had this chair for 2 years now. I regretted it the first time I sat in it. The chair is incredibly noisy. It creaks and squeaks anytime I shift in it. Assembly was a pain, as the threaded connections didn't line up properly on the armrests to the body and seat of the chair. Had to muscle the lineups to get threads on the bolts started. When you sit, it feels like the seat pan leans forward and not flat. No way to adjust that. The padding and aesthetics of the chair is great but it's not worth the $$$. Stay away.

The chair is very comfortable after I finally received all the parts to put the chair together, when I received the chair it was missing the hardware, the hydraulic chair adjuster and 2 wheels, I called Serta and they charged me 109.00 plus shipping for the parts to put my chair together, what a nightmare

Perfect, exactly as described. Easy to assemble with very good lumbar support and comfortable.

Don’t buy

Poor quality. Screws don’t match for the asseby. Only one position for recline. Moves up and down by an inch only. Very disappointed.

This chair has held up for years. Very happy with this purchase. With my husband home for covid, it is used every day.

Low quality. We bought this chair during the beginning of the pandemic, once we opened the box we noticed the product was very low quality and missing some screws. I was deeply disappointed. We are not buying any additional chairs from BB anymore.

[Rewarded Review] Desk Chair

This chair I replaced for a very old uncomfortable chair. This one is very comfortable and good support for your head and back. It has a little rocking to it and leans back. I’m short so my feet don’t reach the floor but I would not trade it for any other its worth the money

Very comfy. Really supports my lower back. Easy to assemble. However it sits really low. The hydraulic lift doesn't lift up by very much. Could use more height in that area.

The chair is very comfortable and was easily assembled. However, the chair noticeably tilts to the right side. The tilt is 1 inch lower than the left side. I have contacted the company and am waiting for a response. More to follow.

I researched many executive chairs and this was rated the highest. When we received the chair, there were no casters. Wayfair was great. They ordered an entire new chair and we recieved it within a few days. This time the back of the chair was sewn crooked at the top; extremely noticeably. Since we still had the chair that needed to be returned, we swapped out the 2 chair backs. Thank goodness, or we would have had to return it again. I was extremely surprised that this happened with a chair this expensive and rated so high. That said, it is a very comfortable chair.

However the gas cylinder lift is to short. it doesnt go full height of my l shape corner desk which i use all the time. having to use another chair till i get a better gas cylinder lift system. kinda disappointed it didn't go all the way. now i have to spend more$ to get a better lift for height.

Not What I Expected

Unfortunately, I was sent a product that has deep scratches or cuts in the base. If I am being sold such an expensive office chair, at least it could be beautiful for the price paid. It looks as if and by the packaging (not just the box it arrived in) that this was a return and then sold again. After putting together anyway (who has time to return something so heavy these days), it is comfortable. However, I feel cheated.

I love the cozy looks of the chair, the rich brown color, and the great color that I chose on the metal parts! It's not very soft, though, even after a month, though it has softened up somewhat. I kind of regret that, on the advice of someone at Wayfair, I got the Tall Executive one. I'm fairly tall for a woman --5'7" and a bit more than average weight-- , though not fat at all. But it is just a bit too big for me. However, the regular size might not have supported my head as well. I am very pleased with the lumbar support. After a car accident in which my back was fractured, I am pleased that the support is strong enough to help me stand up straighter after sitting for awhile.Also, the chair seat has about a -5 degree slope to the right side, which is very distracting. I'll have my carpenter check it out next time he's here because there's a chance I missed something when I put it together. I'd never assembled one before. Less

[Rewarded Review] Not bad for a chair

It’s a chair imported from China which you have to put together. After minor cursing and scarred knuckle we put it together. I am 92.4 percent positive it will hold my fat carcass. If you are pleasing plump this may be the chair for you.

This chair seems to be well made however it is the most uncomfortable office chair I have ever had. The seats tils forward and I cannot adjust it, constantly have to shift position

I bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. He is a very tall man 6'4" and this chair is a perfect fit for him.
