[Rewarded Review] Love My Hannah!

I really like my Serta Hannah Executive Office Chair, especially since the foam seat has softened. I have severe scoliosis so the back of the chair works great for my curved back. Very satisfied.

I'm disappointed in this chair. For starters, the colour is way off from what is shown. The picture online looks a light grey colour, but it's a full on medium grey colour, much darker than I expected. Also, the back seat cushion doesn't align properly and looks slanted. We took it apart twice to retry, but ended up with the same result. It seems once the screws are tightened, it somehow goes off kilter and looks visibly slanted on the left side. The back is shorter than I expected, as well. The seat is very comfy though, but all in all is not what I expected. Nice looking chair, but not what I was hoping for. I'll never order an item like this online again. If I had gone to a store, I would have seen the true colour, and realized the back was too low.

O.K. but not anywhere as cushy as it looked on the online photo.

Great for the first year

I purchased this chair on 1/27/2023, almost a year ago. I have truly enjoyed it until just recently. The pneumatics to raise and lower the chair is not working. After a very short period of time it starts "losing air". This is incredibly frustrating. The chair is not used a lot and I am the only one who uses it. I dont know what to do at this point.

We bought this chair to replace an aging chair we have had for years. The order process was smooth and the tracking was accurate. When the chair arrived on time we assembled it with ease. All-in-all it was a good experience. We use the chair everyday and found it to be comfortable with smooth operation.

This is a well built chair. The material will most likely last a long time. My only knock on it is the lumbar support is just not enough for me and my needs. I use a small pillow to provide this.

For the price, this chair is amazing. The cushions on the arms is a big deal too. Im a little small so i can fit both my legs on the seat in any position i like. My only negative opinion on this chair is that theres no head rest or extension but you can see that before buying it.

Purchased this Serta chair for my daughter while she is completing her doctorate at ASU. She is completely over the moon about this chair! It has been an asset to have with her long days studying. We highly recommend this chair, for its quality and just how comfortable it is overall. No lower back pains anymore!

comfortable office chair

The chair arrived quickly and in good condition. Very well wrapped, clear instructions. Fairly easy to put together, except for the last step. it was a little tricky. Still only about 30 minutes with one person. Very stylish and comfortable.

Not What I Expected From Serta

The build quality of this unit seems like it will hold up for awhile. Unfortunately the seat barely has any padding and has become very uncomfortable after less than 2 month of use. I was hoping that this being Serta brand the padding would be decent but even the armrest and back padding feel thin and unsupportive. My back is not forgiving me for this purchase. 3 stars for appearance / durability. 1 star for comfort = 2 stars.

Incredibly disappointing. Please avoid.

I'm in shock at how truly horrible this chair is. I work form home, and needed an attractive, but moderately comfortable chair. I wasn't looking for perfection. Serta is a brand I thought I could trust. First of all, I had this for a week before the seat cushion became nonexistent. I can feel the metal of the bottom half poking through. The chair makes incredibly loud cracking noises from any movement. It does not lean back. The paint job on the legs and arm rests is messy and unattractive, with dust and dirt painted into it. Very cheap feeling and looking.

So much better than what I had!

I like that it was easy to assemble; I didn't like that one of the drilled holes attaching the backrest to the arm wasn't aligned enough to use. I like that the arms are padded, I don't like that they can't be adjusted up and down. I like the colors fabric, etc - it's comfortable enough but the seat is very deep - so I have to use a cushion behind me. I would have tried the chair in one of the Big Lots but I couldn't find it in stock anywhere. (Alternatively, I should/could have tried it out one at Staples.) It was on sale plus I had a birthday coupon so the price was right. I'm glad I have the chair, it's so much better than what I had - but if I had it to do over, I probably wouldn't have purchased it.

I love my chair. I have a small space, but need my chair to spin, and I like to lean back as well as have my neck supported. The Cyrus Executive Chair does it all. The cloth material is holding up nicely and I sit in it every day for long hours while I am editing my new book. I am short with a bad knee and this chair will raise or lower to fit my needs. The first chair I ordered from Wayfair, arrived as ordered, and when we put it together, it was just too large for me. Wayfair took it back, with no worries, giving me store credit which I am about to use, ordering another chair just like this one. Wayfair was just what I needed!

Great chair for a great price! Very comfortable and super easy to assemble. I sit in front of my computer for long hours each day and that has led to a sore back and shoulders. And if you are like me and don't want anything too fancy this is the chair for you. ALSO, the best part of it is that it fits my body frame perfectly! I am 5'2" and it has been a nightmare trying to find a chair that fits me. Usually office chairs have high backs with a large curve in the center that always engulfs me and makes things uncomfortable. The shorter back, firm seating and being able to adjust the height has made this chair my absolute favorite office chair ever! If I ever need another one, I will search for this model again and again! Worth it! I have had the chair for a couple of months now and it still looks and feels brand new! You can see for yourself in the pictures I added.

Great comfort and looks at a reasonable price!

Most comfortable home office chair I've ever owned. For the price, I'm impressed. It took more than 10 minutes to assemble but I'm 77 and I took a few breaks in the process . I'm pretty confident the microfiber will wear much better than the many faux leather chairs I've owned. I've put protective covers on the arms because that's what usually wears out first. I have a genuine leather chair in my other office that cost more than 3 times what this one did and it's still in great shape after 8 years but never was as comfortable as this chair. Highly recommend.

Well made chair but

Chair is made out of quality parts. Well packaged and hardware clearly labeled. Good instructions and super easy assembly, took me about 20 minutes. I love the feel of the soft microplush. This chair does , however have one major design flaw. The large plastic spacers at the front seat bolts cause the chair to lean back too far to be a good desk and computer chair. The most upright position is leaned too far back. The back of the chair is not in contact with my back at all as I type this review. This would be a great conference room chair but I cannot recommend it as a desk chair because of this flaw. It reclines anyway so I do not understand why they would put the chair seat in a backward position on purpose.

Chair is great - was easy to put together, is comfortable, and so far is holding up. :)

Fast delivery, easy and quick assembly, nice soft material with smooth hand. The seat is soft and comfortable, and with the waterfall edge, my legs don't become crampy or numb. Tilt, raise and lowering the chair is smooth and easy. So why 3 stars? The back of the chair doesn't come forward enough to keep my back in an upright position. Sitting with my back against the chair's back, appears that I am slouching. It is just the way that I fit in the chair, and it is very uncomfortable. I have plates in my back from prior surgeries and cannot bend at the waist. I can only bend at my hips which causes me to sit completely straight up. Even putting a pillow behind my back doesn't help that much in getting me to sit straight. This chair wasn't quite the answer I had hoped for, but it is a bit better than what I was using.
