The salesman William Devine automatically opened the doors for us as my wife was using a walker, a very thoughtful gesture. From there he patiently reviewed a number of mattresses and flexible gases with us. Upon picking one we were pleasantly surprised that it could be delivered the next day, which it was.

My mother can finally get a good night sleep in her own room. she also sleeping better now that she has the proper support and can adjust the hight of her head

Pleasantly surprised and Perfectly satisfied

I could not be happier with the bedroom sets we purchased from Raymour and Flanigan. The customer service was phenomenal, from the sale person right through delivery and set up! The communication for delivery time was right on! The two sets will last my grandchildren through young adult hood, and are beautiful. I must say also, that the Serta Comfort ECO mattress is so comfortable, that I will be buying one for myself!!

Great mattress

The hybrid mattress was a great option because we were undecided between a regular mattress or memory foam. It sleeps cool, which was super important to us. Have had some of our best nights of sleep since getting this mattress. Highly recommend if you are looking for a firm mattress.

It Takes Patience

We wanted our new mattress to take us back the sleeping comfort we had ten years ago. Unfortunately, Serta had discontinued our model. The description of this new model sounded like a good match, so we took a chance. For the first few nights we worried, but the manual did say it could take a few nights for it to be "broken in." Sure enough, it has now been several week and we are sleeping like it is 2014!!

Poor quality for such an expensive model

Liked the mattress (Serta iComfort Eco Hybrid Firm King), but after 6 months it was time to turn it. Naturally we used the handles. Bad idea. The seam below a handle ripped and Gardner-White won't honor its warranty because the "handles are not for lifting, just situating". We had been lifelong Serta mattress owners and never dreamt of such poor quality or customer service.

Disappointed

I have had this mattress for just a few days under a month. I do NOT plan on keeping this mattress as it is way too soft although it is advertised and labeled as "Firm" I am very disappointed in this mattress to the extent that I will no longer be looking at the Serta brand for a replacement. The I comfort is a hybrid mattress that is designed to feel like an innerspring mattress. Given that Serta already makes an innerspring, and they also make a hybrid, why would they manufacture a hybrid mattress that feels like an innerspring? This make no sense to me at all.

Good Support and Comfort

Since I am petite, it was challenging to find a comfortable mattress that wasn't 14-15" high. This mattress was a couple of inches less and wasn't too heavy to lift a corner or turn when needed with the attached handles. Well made, very comfortable and supportive of my arthritic joints. Although firm, the topping added a comfy layer. Am a side or propped up back sleeper due to asthma. No off-gassing noted. Gave 4 stars because the edges could have had more support for sitting. Good purchase and glad to have bought from R/F.

Incredible mattress

I slept better than I have in a long time! I got a firm mattress and it is perfect. While it's firm, it has some give. Some firm mattresses can be as hard as a rock and that is NOT this mattress. It's balanced to be firm but have some give. It's also really light. My old mattress was so heavy and difficult to lift when changing the sheets. This one is light and great quality. I love it!

Serta Queen Quilted Hybrid Mattress

Kathy and I are enjoying a good night sleep on our new Serta mattress. It has just the right amount of firmness and cooling effect. This is a great functional mattress! And, we are functioning better throughout the day and enjoying a renewed energy in our retirement years. I'm a firm believer in what a new mattress can do. Just wanted to say "Thank You" for all you do helping us live life to the fullest.

Incredible Comfort, Firmness, and Sleep!

Since owning this mattress I have had some of the best rest and eager to sleep every night. At first it feels very firm but once you give it a second the mattress just hugs you in just the right spots and makes your back feel great. When I wake up I feel fully rested and getting out of bed has become much easier due to that. I have also noticed the amount of time for falling asleep has decreased significantly and I have taken the time to not sit on my bed because it makes me want to rest! I am very happy to own this mattress and it has improved my mornings for sure.

Incredible quality!

This is hands down the best mattress I have owned thus far. I have dealt with lower back pain for years now but since transitioning to this mattress my pain has decreased significantly. I have decreased my tossing and turning and found comfort with this mattress. The mattress seems to have a cooling effect which really helps with my sleep. I had family members lay on my bed to see how they felt about it and they were all impressed with the quality and even considered getting one of their own. Amazing mattress!

My Best Sleep Ever

My wife and I bought the Serta CF1000 Quilted Hybrid Firm a little over a month ago. It's by far the best mattress I've ever purchased. I love the feel - extremely comfortable with plenty of support. I'm getting the best sleep I've had in many years. My wife and I absolutely love our new Serta mattress. We only buy from Serta because I've never had another mattress company match their quality and durability.

Not made to size, comfort and support diminished at one year mark

After a few nights sleep we kept waking, mattress cover bunched up, bed appeared to be smaller than all of our other queen beds, queen sheets and bedcovering are too large also. We decided to measure ourselves. Sticker on bed show dimensions to be 60x79.5. ACTUAL dimensions are 57x76.5. This explains why the cover that comes with bed bunches up, its larger than mattress.size. At one year mark, absolutely no support at all - I wake up stiff and sore.

BEST NIGHTS SLEEP OF ALL TIME

Our iComfort CF1000 is amazing - by far the best bed we have ever owned! It cradles and supports perfectly. I have a history of waking throughout the night with low back pain, hip pain and/or arm numbness. This is not happening on the iComfort CF1000. At first laying on it, it feels like it will be too firm, but it softens where you need it and maintains great, soft pressure. There are mornings I wake in the same position as when I went to sleep. I'm always overjoyed when that happens! I haven't slept this good...ever! It has far exceeded our expectations. Deeper sleeps are leading to healthier days with more energy -- and that's about the best thing you can hope for from your mattress!

Comes up short, literally

As a side sleeper (175 lbs.), I purchased this mattress primarily for hip and lower back comfort and support. While it does support my lower back, it’s too firm for my hips. After three weeks, I’m still waking up with hip pain that wasn’t there before this mattress. But it is still breaking in, so maybe it will soften up. It does provide a fairly cool sleep. As far as quality and fit and finish, the CF1000 seems very well made; however, the length of the mattress is actually only 78.5 inches in length, not 80 inches, as advertised. This is very disappointing. The manufacturer’s tag indicates 79.5 inches in length but, of course, that’s not correct either. I measured both the top and bottom of the mattress, without covers, and it’s 78.5 inches long. If the hip pain does go away, I’ll request an exchange for one that is actually the correct size, even if I’ll have to break in that one, too.

Delivered today. The off gassing is so potent the bed is not usable. Would not recommend if smells give you a headache and throat irritation.

We were expecting a great night sleep this evening. It didn’t happen as the mattress has filled the bedroom with pungent off gassing fumes. It’s 1:12 AM and I’m trying to sleep in a recliner and my wife is sleeping on the couch. We’ve sealed off the master bedroom from the rest of the house. The bedroom window is open and the fan is on. The off gassing is so potent the bed has not been used and is unusable. Called Serta.com and asked how long will it take for the pungent smell to stop. I was told up to 30 days! Very disappointed and cannot recommend this product if your system is sensitive to pungent off gassing fumes. If things aren’t better by tomorrow afternoon, it’s by, by Serta mattress!

HORRIBLE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We received this mattress about two weeks ago and the memory foam has no memory to return to normal. The memory foam stays down in whatever position we slept at some point and has never returned to normal. So if we get in the bed we're basically crawling into separate cavities. I am 5 ft and weigh about 128 lbs and he is 6 ft and 200 lbs so our bodies are not unusual. We are permanently separated in our individual body cave with a giant lump between us running nearly the length of the bed. There is something terribly wrong with this mattress and I'm just hopeful for Serta that this is one that simply failed to be caught by quality control. We have determine this product is unusable for us and have gone back to our place of purchase (Mattress Firm) and ordered another mattress (another brand). We were warned that we 'only have one exchange'. No one should ever have to return a mattress in my opinion. You buy what you think will be comfortable. However, this mattress is simply not usable - period. It's terribly defected. We have begun sleeping in our guest room until our new mattress arrives and to make matters worse we're having to pay re-stocking fee and another delivery fee so this whole thing ends up being a nightmare on a defective mattress.
