Order At Your Own Risk

Never received it. I spoke to 3-4 different representatives and I never received the product and ended up canceling. After I cancelled the customer service rep stated that the inventory was wrong and mattress can be sent in 3-4 weeks. Uh no. I ordered on home depot and it came in 2 days and was wayyyy cheaper.

Don’t put a mattress cover on it. Woke up with back ache every morning. Removed the mattress cover and pain is gone

Poor Quality

Do not buy this product! Very poor quality. Extremely poor customer service. They used wood in the frame which had a knot. It of course broke within 10 months and they refused to stand by their product. I was shocked and disappointed. The mattress started to sag. I was told by the inspector that this product was a grade below junk. He was right!
