Mattress is great. However, I purchased the old mattress to be picked up. After being scheduled 3 times Angi canceled the pick up altogether. NOT HAPPY.

Extremely Comfortable

My wife and I bought this mattress in a Twin at Walmart . We needed something to replace the factory mattress in a tractor trailer. We wanted something that would be comfortable so we wnt with a Serta. This mattress is really thick and has just the right amount of give to it. I know we will not be disappointed.

I can finally sleep again.

Recently in an industrial accident and had back surgery. Had such a difficult time sleeping only an hour or two a night. The first night sleeping on this mattress I got 5 hours the second night I got 6. My only regret is getting out of bed in the morning. With the adjustable base this bed was well worth the price. I have recommended this bed to everyone.

Firm

Only on it one night, it is firmer, which is what I think I wanted. The mattress bulges up when I use the adjustable frame to raise the head up. We’ll see how it is after I get used to it.

One little glitch...

Nice mattress. It will meet our Murphy Bed needs. When the mattress was unwrapped we found a pick in the fabric cover from top to bottom. It took a while to receive this item, and to return the item and reorder would take longer. We opted to contact Sealy to replace the cover. Sent an email and haven't hear back yet. Hopefully Sealy will mail us a new cover.

This mattress is exactly what we were looking for . We had purchased the Hybrid plush and that wasn’t for two people one 100lbs and the other 199lbs . This non hybrid is perfect, don’t feel like sinking in or up a hill . We are both side sleepers and this works great on top of the fact gives the support I need for my back issues and numbness I suffer with from a previous car accident.

Atrocious service, ok mattress

The mattress and frame are fine but the customer service was atrocious. Mattress box was left in driveway in a puddle in the rain with no notification even though I paid to have the old mattress hauled away. Had to call and schedule a third appointment. Not likely to put myself through that again.

Comfort

I realize that a mattress will change over time. I have only had the mattress a few weeks & I don’t find it comfortable. I feel depressions at pressure points already.

Level of comfort

I'm still not quite sure how I feel about it. Since getting it, my arms go numb while I sleep and I am not sure if it provides proper support for me or not because when I wake up in the morning, my body feels sore. I have also tossed and turned since getting it. Still trying to see what's up though. It may be the base. I can't tell.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Fully inflated parts of the mattress are comfortable. Unfortunately, the ends and corners of the bed never inflated past five inches. Went back and forth with Serta and they ARE honoring the warranty and sending out a new mattress; however, I am responsible or disposing of the defective one, despite having been told by one of the reps that they would remove it for me. They are not providing any sort of refund to compensate me for disposal fees, AND the warranty on the old mattress will be transferred to the new one, meaning I've already lost three months' warranty on a mattress I have yet to receive. I purchased online because mattress stores rank second behind car dealerships in my list of places I avoid, but at least with a local store, I would not have to deal with disposing of an obviously defective piece of garbage.

Comfortabe

Easy to unload. Comfortable. didn't have an odor. My first king sized mattress and I'm addicted. Only complaint was that the actual box was pretty damaged when it arrived (ie pieces of the cardboard box were missing and you could see into the box) so made me extremely nervous about if the mattress itself was damaged but I then saw that it was wrapped in thick plastic so it made me feel a little better. No issues that I've noticed since.

Not King size mattress measurements

We ordered a king mattress and let it expand for an entire week on the floor as we waited for our box springs to be delivered. No bad smell like some reviews say so we were pleased. But it goes all down hill from here. We also purchased a king serta mattress cover measuring 78 x 80. The cover was fitting slightly larger than the mattress which was weird cause the Lowe’s website said mattress was 78 “ x 81” but no big deal. Once we placed it on the box springs we had gaping spaces on all sides of the bed. We measured the mattress and realized it was only measuring 74” x 76” OMG! We checked the manufacturers label on the mattress and it read, Finished Size: 76” x 79.5”. NOT EVEN KING MEASUREMENTS. But it didn’t even expand to those measurements. Good grief. So we thought defective product no big deal they’ll help us out. After 2 calls to Serta and 3 calls to Lowe’s, their horribly manufactured mattress has become our major head ache. In order to get a refund, we were told after 5 phone calls that we have to donate it somewhere and get a donation receipt then bring that receipt along with the legal label off mattress and original purchase receipt. Guess what, not many charities accept mattresses even a brand new $1200 one. We’re still working to find one who will accept it. Plus we paid for delivery of it to our house and was told we may not get that fee back. Absolutely absurd!!! This has been so aggravating and disappointing since we already have one of these mattresses in another guest bedroom and love it. It was gifted to us 5 years ago. Guess they took more pride in their manufacturing and customer service back then. I’m now gun shy to purchase a Serra replacement. Now to keep working on finding a charity in my area who will take it so I can get my money back.

Mattress is nice, was convenient that it was in a box. We were able to carry it up our stairs in the box then easily unpack it which was better than carrying a full mattress already. Very soft and has some body sculpting to it.

We needed a new mattress to fit the murphy bed we are having made. The company suggested this mattress from them. I declined their offer and to my surprise, I found that same mattress from Overstock, couldn't be happier with all the money we saved.

Great Mattress, BUT...

This is one of the most comfortable mattresses that I have had in a while. I would definitely recommend it to others BUT not without the warning of the smell. The smell is unbearable I don't have an extra room to air it out so I had to open windows and put baking soda water around the room and it still took over a week for the smell to get mild enough for me to sleep on the mattress. I was fortunate enough to be able to sleep in my grandbabies room for that time. I would never let a mattress air out in my garage. The mattress is comfortable and to me worth the airing out inconvenience.

Great mattress

We love this mattress. It is firm but not too hard and it was easy to set up with 2 strong people. It fully expanded within 24hrs. Its seems to be made of good material and the cover will be east to clean.

Buyer beware

What a disappointment! I was a little skeptical of the “bed in a box” concept but I bought the mattress that was a few steps above the bottom, so I thought it would be okay. I’m only 180 lbs and it’s just me sleeping on it but about a month after sleeping on it, it’s already started to sag. If I find myself slightly out of “the hole”, my body is fighting to avoid falling back in—I sleep on my side and my perception is that my position is not secure.

We were so pleased with this mattress! It offers firm yet very comfortable support. You can use with or without a bed frame which is very nice! The quality of the materials seem to be of excellent quality! I can’t think of any cons to mention. Just a perfectly comfortable mattress!
