Feels Stiff

These curtains looked really nice online but not so much in person. They were very very wrinkled but decided to put them out in hope that the wrinkles would fall out. Had them up for a week and it didn't. Took them down and put a cool iron to them and put them back up. Even though that helped it still looked very stiff and felt more like paper than material. I couldn't take them anymore so I took them down. I would send them back but since I ironed them decided not to. I am just going to give them away and maybe someone else would like them. Definitely would never recommend these curtains to a friend. No way.

Nice Densely Woven Darkening-Strong VOC offgassing

Nice thick fabric. Looks and feel true to description of being mostly cotton. Has good darkening since the fabric is densely woven. I did air it outside for three days in sun and breeze. It had a STRONG VOC smell.

Black out curtains

This is supposed to be a 2 pack but only came with a single one so I had to place another order. The price for one is really not good. If it truly was a 2 pack, the price point would be good on sale. This curtain is very thick and definitely blocks out all light. I tried steaming them to get the wrinkles out and it did not work so I had to iron them carefully.

Nice blackout drapes that do the job

I was setting up a "nursery" in our home for our children to use for their babies to use when they visit. This room is on the front of the house and I needed to block sunlight, evening lights, moonlight, etc. so the room would be dark enough for the babies to sleep. These drapes do the job and their appearance looks nice. They are not the prettiest drapes but the hang nicely, pull easily to open and close and block bright sunlight. They are somewhat heavy because of the blackout backing and feel a little "plastic" but that is to be expected. I bought them for functionality first and looks second.

Wow these are quality made curtain panel pair, and for the price you can not go wrong. They are certainly thermal and would do a good job blocking light and keeping drafts away. The pattern is subtle and would look good with just about any color theme. They have small amounts of a grayish black threading that runs through them but from a distance it is difficult to see. They are well made and are a nice addition to any room. Yes I would certainly recommend these.
