Cheaply painted but it works. Definitely helpful when we have big hot pots. So far so good. Also works for decorative purposes and such. We are happy with the item so far.

Been looking at metal trivets for a while. These are heavy and great!
Having Three is Great - Having These 3 is AWESOME!
Just remodeled my kitchen and put beautiful granite throughout the kitchen. I was looking for something that could remain on the countertop for easy access any time I needed to sit something on the granite. These are super nice! Heavy and a good size for setting larger hot pots on. Looks fantastic on my black/grey/white granite. The silicone feet ensure they don't slide and, most important, don't damage by granite. The set of three allows placement in areas where it looks nice and sleek throughout the kitchen. Love love love!

Pretty but...
They address exactly as pictured, but the thickness of the coating makes me think it more decorative then usable. No problems so far, but I have yet to put a pan straight out of the oven on it, in fear it will melt the coating.

The trivets themselves were solid. However the 4 little legs on the back were not even, so when placed on the counter it would wobble. The description also said comes with a hanging hook and the hanging hook was basically a tiny thin flimsy key chain ring that in no way would support the weight of these if hung.
