Rooster trivet

My only complaint is that feet are rubber and had all fallen off in shipping. One of the four was missing. Would have to send back, but my husband figured out how to glue a piece he had in tool box that worked. It is hard plastic rather than rubber, but worked fine. I glued all feet to trivet, because they do fall off.

I nned this trivet for my pellet stove. It is exactly what I wanted!

Not what I thought it would be.

I like this item but I don't like the shiny finish. Looks like it was painted with a very glossy black paint. I thought it would be the kind of cast iron you get with a cast iron skillet.

These things are DANGEROUS

Well, it was cheap and it looked fine. Walmart really hasn't got their mail order act together yet, and although I only ordered one of these I got two. In addition, they are covered with porcelain and are very very slick. Trying to serve from a hot dish or pan will cause the dish to slide off the trivet and possibly hurt someone. I'm keeping the because it's too much trouble to send back, and I put silicone dish scrubbers on them for traction. NOT CUTE but effective. And the silicone scrubbers aren't very effective for scrubbing, so two wrongs make it sorta right.

Bought it to use under my airfryer... works great!

Rooster Trivet

Very nice and well made. Great price. This has some weight to it. A good size your pans or bowls should not slide off of it. Plus it is adorable.

This sucker is heavy!! I will not worry about my hot pan or dish moving. The red is very beautiful. It will not be tossed in a drawer until I need it, it’s so pretty I’ll just leave it on the counter.

Trivet - where have you been???? I found you!!!!

I had been looking for a trivet to leave on my counter top to use with out hot air cooker. The lid is so hot it could easily melt surrounding applicances so I was in search of something I could use without worrying about it melting. When I saw this I said to myself "I have to try this one". I am so glad that I did....I love it!!!
