Quality pans

I purchased these for upcoming holiday baking. These pans are well made and heavy enough that items will bake well. I have other pans from USA pans and they bake items well. Although these pans are a bit more expensive, I know they will last me a long time.

The loaf sizes should be considered micro, not mini. Otherwise I like it a lot.

Great addition

The perfect size . Made banana bread the loaves slid right out no sticking at all.

NO STICKING

Haven't used it yet but have others and love them. Just put in batter and it wipes clean afterwards.

Excellent company. Made in the USA is a requirement for us. After forgetting a rhubarb cake in a pan in my fridge this highly acidic food ate through the pan’s coating. After explaining what had happened thru email to the company I had a new pan in 2 days. These pans are great to bake in and maintain. Worth every penny . And best of all a company that stands behind its products and respects its customers.

First product that did disappoint

I love USA products. But the mini pans are the first product I have been disappointed with. All the other pans I have everything has come out no problem. But these mini pans stuck like glue. Didn't think I was ever going to get the bread I made out. I made a couple and managed to get one out but the other came out in pieces. Other than that love love USA products.

These pans are built of thick aluminum coated with non-stick silicone, they should last long and make your baking consistent.

Precious and Practical

I love these little loaf pans, I can cut 1 of my parchment sheets in 4 and they fit perfectly. I make loaves ALL THE TIME, in Summer when the figs are ripe and year round when I can't get through my zucchini or bananas. These are the perfect gifting size and don't take up much freezer space. Now I have to try mini meat loaves!

Not Non stick

I bought these because I love the larger bread pans and i was so excited to gift small loaves of yeast bread, but these did not release like the other pans. Customer service did replace them, but unfortunately the 2nd performed the same. These are smooth in the interior where the larger pans have ridges that I believe help release the bread. I wish they would make them the same because I was so excited to use these.

Bread sticks to these pans

I received 4 of these pans as a promotion from USA Pan. I have been using their seamless bread pans for awhile and they have perform great. So I decided to bake some smaller loaves along with bigger ones. Same doe, same oven, same everything - all loaves in mini pans got stuck to walls and butoms, all 4 loaves were ruined. The bigger pans released loaves without any issues, as usual.
