Not a quality Master Lock..

Locking mechanism is flimsy. Sometimes it locks and sometimes it doesn't. Quality is not what I expected from Master Lock.

I was surprised by the quality it's identical to the photos and feels great on the phone You won't find a similar case

Not enough letter wheels to spell a word

I purchased this lock but there weren't enough wheels to spell a word. They need to include at least 5 letter wheels so that I can spell a word. I can't even find replacement wheels to add more!

This lock is more difficult to open than I had expected due to clunky movement of tumbler wheels. The lock feels a bit flimsy. Should be fine for a school or gym locker but not for higher security applications like a storage unit

Poor design

End cap falls off when opened and dials had to be aligned just perfectly to operate correctly. Just ended throwing it away.

I love that you can create your own word combination but am frustrated because there's only one dial with the letters A-J. They really should include 2 each of the dials instead of so many number dials.

Fell apart the first time we used it

The lock came apart when my boy dropped it after using it the first time. The cap got lost and now the lock can't be used.

Bit tricky to lock

Love the fact that you can personalize the combo, but I've found the combo wheels are fairly free spinning and difficult to keep aligned when you go to insert the shackle back into the lock body and then re-lock the lock.

Terrible lock

It was the worst thing I have ever bought from Ace, the lock fell apart/broke after 1 day of use! Don't buy any more of these, it was the last one in your shelf!

Locks!

The locks are great, however you will have to buy two of them because the numbers and words are interchangeable. The code is letter letter number letter, and it gives you two extra numbers, therefore you can remove all the letters and all the numbers and then put them all back in the correct order you like, with one with all numbers and one with all letters.
