great company - very helpful and quality flooring

I ordered twice and after waiting for weeks both shipments were damaged. Just a waste of time.

Workers were rude and flooring damaged. The pick up sytem for online is terrible at this store. You pull around the side of building. Very poor signage. Workers always act like like its a bother for them to do their job. I’ve called the phone number posted - they need to be trained on phone.

The floor looks gorgeous. I went with the Ravine Oak after getting a few samples, I love the embossing. It looks so real! Well worth the price, I know it will hold up for years.

Really durable - we got the 20 mil since the sales person recommended it since we have large dogs. We are expecting to have this floor for a long time.
