Description pictures are not the same as received

I ordered carrara cultured marble top. I did receive that. However, if you select that finish online, the picture shows it as white. Incredibly disappointing because it doesn't match my bathroom at all. I thought I was receiving a white counter top... instead it has gray within in it. Already installed and no turning back. Customer Service wanted nothing to do with this issue and just expects me to deal with it. I've never had an issue with Home Depot orders until now. So disappointed in the CSR

Received as described…great quality and looks great!

Arrived on the date I scheduled and was delivered into my bathroom, which was great because it is heavy! The shipping box was very well protected and both pieces were in perfect condition. It looks stunning, and I am very pleased. The only thing to know is that, because of the bottom drawer, hookup for the drain was tight with less than 1/4" between the bottom of the p-trap and top of the drawer.

Love the color. We put a light top with some gold veining - it is beautiful

Great Quality!

I'm very please with the quality of this vanity. It also has soft close hinges which was an added bonus to me as I didn't realize that at the time of order.

Very nice piece! Beautiful upgrade from my outdated built-ins. I appreciate the additional storage with 2 drawers underneath the sink cabinets. Finish is glossy, which I hadn't expected but well built and hardware works perfectly. Mirror is solidly put together and easy to install w/ included molly screws. Heavy, but w/ 2 strong men and a heavy duty dolly it was taken upstairs w/o problem.

Sink cracks easily

Bought in late 2017. Just a few months of having it, and sink developed a small, mild crack. Now cut to 2023, a soap dispenser fell on it and went right through the sink. Very thin material. Difficult to replace since it's an undermount.

Devastated

I love this vanity and mirror! The mirror had oxidation spots and they replaced it! The vanity is great, until you look at the top! It’s splotchy and looks horrible and was installed in my $***. Bathroom remodel! I’m so disappointed and just am in tears o er the fact that the beautiful countertop is horrible looking and whatever is all over it won’t come off. 🙁

Great value and quality

this vanity is very sturdy, has great quality and looks. It comes with the a backsplash. The countertop came in a separate box that made the installation easier. Everything came well packaged and in a short period of time.

Love the color and soft close features!

This vanity looks spectacular. Everyone who comes into the bathroom says it feels like they are in a luxury hotel. Great quality, good price, delivered on time. We are very happy and would highly recommend this purchase. We actually bought two!

Okay vanity

It is a good vanity cabinet but after just one day of installing the mirror, black spots all over the came out on the surface. It is very annoying. I went to the store and brought my concern, customer service person said he cannot do anything about it and if I want to return, I have to get the installer uninstall the entire cabinet and return. Not happy about with with the value I paid.

We already have one in a 72 and the quality is great. Looking forward to installing this in our new build . Arrived quickly. Its heavy. Make sure u have help

Nice cabinet

Big and heavy. Love how much space it has for storage.

The vanity itself is well made and impressive. I purchased the grey and love the color. Unfortunately when we opened the box containing the counter top and sinks one of the sinks had a big crack. The whole top is being replaced at no charge but I won't be getting it for another 3 weeks which has now put our remodel on hold and that is why I am rating it a 4. My advice to anyone purchasing a large vanity do it locally so it doesn't get damaged and you don't have to add a month on to your remodel. Fingers crossed the next one isn't cracked.

Very Sturdy

very well made and sturdy. our plumbing comes up through the floor so we were not sure but there was room in the back behind the bottom drawer for plumbing to come up. About 3.5 inches of space back there. you just have to drill holes through the bottom and through the shelf to get the pipes up
