The item arrived damaged, and I had the worst customer experience of my life attempting to get the issue resolved. I spent 15 hours on hold and speaking with customer service over the course of 3 weeks with multiple lies, mistakes, and failures from the customer service team to ultimately result in a being required to order a new item, which also arrived damaged.

Standard Cabinet not Shoe Shelf

I like it but it definitely does not seem like it was designed to be a shoe cabinet. It seems like a standard cabinet. Could be used for games, books, storage. I feel like the interior is too finished for dirty shoes... I did keep it though because I've had great compliments. But I may repurpose it later.
