These wheels were a replacement for a vintage tea cart. they fit perfectly and do exactly as was intended.

I like it hope they have some with wheel locks. They tool nicely and should hold up the load

Much better than hard plastic

They were exactly what I needed to replace the hard plastic wheels on my new shop vac. Rolls like a dream now.

This caster is a good choice when durability vs cost is important. The non marking rubber tire is great for all surface types. The 3" diameter makes this roll well over expansion cracks and slight bumps. The ball bearing swivel allows the wheel to turn freely under load and the friction retainer holds the caster in place nicely. My only concern is the axle pin is fixed, so the wheel cannot be easily replaced and the thermoplastic is the wheel bearing rubbing directly on the axle. Very common for a caster at this price point.

Some of my work carts have 3" casters and have the hard plastic casters. I use these rubber casters as replacements because they don't mark the waxed floors and they last longer. The casters also grip well on the waxed floors. They work better than the hard plastic casters that come with most carts. They are easy to switch out and with a little prying.

This product was chosen as part of a project to replace some aging/damaged wheels on a rolling tool cart. The 175 lb load capacity seems suitable for the intended use. It has been difficult to find the right wheels this size with a stem that isn't threaded and this fit perfectly. It doesn't have a brake as many of the casters with threaded stems of this size do and there doesn't seem to be an alternate caster with that option. The wheel seems durable. The center piece is plastic so only long term use will determine if it holds up over time. It installs easily and holds firmly in place.
