Grey Ripple

Description is entirely different from what I received. The picture is not even close, the height is about half of what is described. It is not soft as described and is uncomfortable to stand on. The backing is hard, and the rug doesn't lay properly. Based on what I received, I would not recommend to anyone. If I could give it less than a one star rating, I would.

Cool pattern, but that's it

I should have sent this item back but didn't want to have to deal with the hassle. Plus my son loved the pattern in his room. In hind sight, I should have returned it anyway. The pattern is fun and I like it a lot. The rug is very thin, and not very soft, or dense at all. It just feels very cheap. Since then, I bought a rug the same size at a local discount store which is way softer and more dense and plush for less than half of what I paid for this one. I did add a rug pad underneath but it doesn't change this rug. I don't think I'll buy rugs online anymore. The item was packed well and did ship very fast. No complaints about RugsUSA except the value for the money just isn't there with this rug.

Looks cheap

Glad to have found the round 7'6" size we were looking for but its the only reason I can recommend this rug. I have to disagree with the reviews that say it is soft and beautiful, it is coarse and very cheap looking, like something off the shelf at a big box store. You need to stand 20 feet away or take a photo to see the wave pattern. Up close in real life it just looks like a geometric mess. I wonder if I even got the right rug as this is not Granite Ripple Waves by Rugs USA, I received Smokey by nuLOOM. Had I known this was a nuLOOM rug, I probably wouldn't have purchased it as I've been unimpressed with their quality before. I can't recommend this to anyone, you can do a lot better even at this price point.

Just what we were looking for!

I got this rug in 3 different sizes because we were looking for inexpensive runners that could create a pathway to the bathroom from our pool. These rugs did the trick and as a bonus, matched our decor! (The rug was true to the pictures in my opinion.) True, they aren't the thickest rugs, but we just want to catch the drips coming off swimsuits and not to create slick spots on the hardwood floors. If you have dogs, you will need a rug pad underneath as the dogs send the rugs flying when in play-mode! But since these were meant to roll out just for pool time, we can put up with the occasional readjusting! Great value for us!

A rectangular grey area rug, but with issues.

this Nuloom, gray, rectangular 9x12 area rug is not really 9x12. I was very surprised to see on the outside shipping label, and measuring with a tape measure, that the real dimensions are about 8.5x11.4. This is a big issue since our existing rug pad was specific for a 9x12 not a 8.5x11.4. The edges, short and long, plus the corners curl up. We have put heavy flat objects on the corners to hopefully press them down. But, this is a cumbersome fix. Widthwise, the carpet bunches up, even when pulled tight from the short edges. Hopefully the bunching is not a permanent fixture; in other words, I hope it will lay entirely flat soon. Finally, after I packaging and unrolling, there is a lingering industrial chemical smell. We have room fans blowing air away, but that like the heavy objects on the edges and corners, is a cumbersome and impractical solution. YMMV.
