This is a gorgeous, modern, simple, and perfect set of controls for a shower. I recommend it with no hesitation.

DO NOT BUY! I thought I would spend a little more for “ you get what you pay for “. We bought this over a year ago. For a year it remained in its original box . We finally got the tile work done and I stalled it. Looked great! Less than 3 months later I noticed the paint on the dial bubbling. It is literally peeling off and showing the steel or aluminum underneath. The handheld holder was cheap Chinese made and looks 100 x better than this Hansgrohe fixture. Unbelievably BAD quality! Hate giving this even a 1 star. Not deserved!

Smooth effortless controller.

This faucet combo is fabulous. Controls both over head shower and handheld effortlessly. I can use one or both at the same time. I really like that I didn't need to cut into the existing tile for an additional controller. The only draw back, I was replacing an old Hansgrohe faucet that I was assured would work with my existing plumbing behind the wall. NOT the case. The new box behind the wall that was necessary to fit with this was not compatible, so it became a much bigger project than expected.

I really like this product and it works as described.

Not great but looks good

Not a smooth operation - leaks out of one selection (wand) for a while when used singular or dual

Nice dual head shower control valve.

Used during shower remodel/expansion. Allows selection of shower heads A or B or A and B. It lets my wife to start/adjust my either head from the outside of the shower without getting wet.

Easy installation & great quality

Looks good and the pictures are accurate. The housing is plastic but this is mentioned in the description so no surprise there. I can't speak of longevity yet but I have other hansgrohe items installed in the house and I have confidence that they last for a long time.

Poor Design of buttons

The On/Off buttons fall off the unit in 3 months - I purchased 4 units and 3 of them have failed!

Black paint comes off. Horrible quality.

Bathroom remodel

This looks very sharp in the shower. Plumber did not have problems installing. Water delivery is simple and with a modern flair.

It's not approved by Miami Dade building code missing ASSE 1016 code

I bought this product because of the good quality reviews, unfortunately doesn't have the ASSE 1016 code and Miami Dade building department doesn't approved its use. I have reached a Hansgrohe representative, he seemed surprised by the news and mentioned that they use this valve everywhere. Unfortunately his answer doesn't not resolve my problem. I already installed the rough in valve (4 of them) and if nothing change I'll need to de-install everything buy a different brand and pay again the installation fees. I check other mayor brands and all of them have the ASSE 1016 code engrave on their valves. No idea why hansgrohe is not enrrolled in this certification process that seems standard for other brands.

These are really amazing engineering that you dont see in American made fixtures like Moen or Kohler. Hansgrohe is fine German engineering and these are so easy for our family to use (with little ones). Simply push the button and the thermostatic valve puts out 100* water so we dont have to worry about scalding. No torquing of a valve or other nonsense, the simple push buttons should last a lifetime
