Buying from Fergasun is easy and they stand by their product. I mistakingly ordered the wrong thing, called them and they gave me directions on what to order and then sent me a postage free return of the item I had purchased.

It does a good job of doing what it’s supposed to. The flange sits flush against the wall, and the threads are machined properly and provide a good seal with the attached shower head. It’s a standard length arm, and long as you don’t have a bizarrely large shower head it’s long enough for it to freely pivot to different positions.

Heavy-duty material, nice finish

It's a simple piece but the material is solid and the finish is very nicely done.

I put new Kingston Brass fixtures in and this was the last piece of it. It's very well made and should serve me for years

better than others I tried

this was the 3rd brand I tried. All of these have a tendency to have poorly tapped pipe threads. This brand had acceptable threads but 1 side was still poorly made but not as bad as the other brands I tried. Luckily it worked good enough to seal!
