Does not last.... expensive loss

Looks very sleek, but plastic parts to hold handle not replaceable and breaks easily

Purchased to replace my existing 20-yr. old showerhead holder. Easy to install and works great.

A little flimsy. Made to work with another item in my order that Wayfair cancelled.

Right part

was glad to find the part.... and it will fail again... this is the 4rth one that the plastic inside portion breaks,

Wayfair has a horrible return policy! I ordered this part but didnt know it was the wrong size as it took a couple weeks for me to find a handyman to come out to install it. By the time I found out it was the wrong size, it was past 30 days And Wayfare would not let me return it for a refund or for a store credit. think twice before you order any products from the Wayfair!

A nice, much smaller profile holder that does the job. Fairly easy to install.

General flaw

I bought this product about 7 years ago, the internal clip that holds the shower handle brakes about every about every 13 month or so and needs replacing. the company warranty replaces it but what a pain.

Piece of crap

This was my 5th time to buy this cheap plastic holder. I finally upgrated to an adjustable holder from Kohler. What a difference. Dont waste your money on this garbage.

Breaks Easily

It breaks easily even with minimal use. They should offer the tabs INSIDE of the holder instead of the entire replacement. The holder itself is fine but the inserts cause the failure.

This was an identical replacement part for our old one which had broken due to age and use.
