Not Very Impressed

The couch looks really nice and the reclining sides function with ease. However, after only a month of having the couch, the back frame of the middle seat snapped in half. This happened from someone barely leaning over the back of the couch. We expected this couch to last a lot longer than a month without issues. Luckily we purchased the 5 year warranty which covers “accidents†like this. Customer service was alright to deal with but it wasn’t the easiest thing to do in the world. We are still waiting on the broken parts to arrive, which they said was shipped over a week ago, and then we have to wait for a tech to come out to fix it which could take 1-2 weeks. I wouldn’t buy this couch again. Other than the looks, it seems very cheap in how it was made. Not very sturdy and of course the weak frame can’t be looked over either. It’s possible we just got a bad egg though.

Very Comfortable

I just received the sofa 6 days ago. The delivery was great very painless and professional . They set it up in no time the back and cushions they installed because the sofa dose not come in one piece so setting up and breaking it down is easy and simple. Also its very comfortable to sit and sleep on. Also the person that said it has a lot of stuffing and one side compression more. My opinion is that the store furniture is always more better because 2000000 people have sat in it.

SUPER COMFORTABLE & AFFORDABLE!!!

This sofa is so comfy!! Perfect for everyday use or having a bunch of people over! It's very plush and the fabric is perfect for me (I have 3 dogs, a small, medium and a large, who all LOVE to be up on the furniture). The fabric is like cloth suede if that makes sense, super soft and has proven on multiple occasions with the dogs jumping and rough housing on it to be extremely durable!! I am extremely happy that I went with this one over some others I was looking at. Well worth the money, you won't regret buying this sofa!!
