Do not buy

I wanted to try out the mattress and give it a few days to write this review in case the mattress needed more time than the 48 hours that is recommended. But this is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I'm not sure if it is defective because it has so many good reviews. The mattress I received is inconsistent. It feels like a concrete floor in the very center and then both sides are slightly softer but feels like springs are poking through. I guess I got what I paid for.

10" chime mattress review

I bought the king size adjustable bed and this 10" chime mattress from Hector in the Milford store. The mattress comes in a box, it does have springs. It puffs up within half an hour. Best news is there is no smell! I was afraid of it being wrapped and compressed that it would have an odor. It is very comfortable but I wouldn't call if firm. I had tried it in the store so I'm not surprised.

Fabulous mattress

Terrific king size mattress that came in a teeny box!! How is that possible? Very comfortable! I added a mattress topper but didn't really need it! Recommend highly.

Excellent purchase

I recently bought the Chime Hybrid Firm Mattress. I was very surprised to see it come into the house all rolled up and thought I had made a big mistake. As it turns out, it is one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. This is coming from someone who has had back problems for most of my life. I highly recommend this mattress.

Return honor

Wasn't what I excepted , definitely to soft for my liking however got to return this mattress because I had purchased an mattress protector and the other mattress was much better an , extra firm mattress yet still comfortable still not so hard as though ur sleeping on bricks ?? and the height is perfect too. Decent bed

The first night we slept on the bed it was uncomfortable. It felt very cheap.

Perfect mattress

Amazing. When the delivery guys opened the door to truck I asked where's my matttesses? He said in the box. They came rolled up. I was so nervous and didn't know what I bought. But when they unrolled it and it bounced open into a beautiful firm with springs mattress I was thrilled. It's so comfortable and I know everyone who sleeps on it will love it. I thought the 10" would be a bad idea but it definitely was not. Purchased a queen bed from R&F to fit this mattress. Love them both! I bought 2 mattresses and so happy I did.

Firm, good support

I was nervous when I unboxed it, but the roll puffed up quickly. It's actually a pretty firm mattress; I don't know if it'll hold up for a long time, but it'll be a guest room mattress for me, so it should be fine. It does seem oddly slightly smaller than the previous mattress I had on that frame, though. Height is nice.

Great Mattress in a Box option

We purchased this mattress for a Murphy Bed in a guest bedroom. It arrived on time and expanded nicely once we removed the shrink wrap. We had to go with the 10" depth for the bed specifications. The mattress is exceptionally comfortable. I would guess a thicker option would be even better. Definitely recommend.

Nice but firm and some coils are felt

For the discount price I paid I can't even be mad. I got the 10" mattress knowing that I would eventually put a memory foam topper on it, because that's just how I roll.. it's pretty firm, can feel the coils a little bit, but not bad. After i put my foam topper on it, it's 100,000 % better. Perfect for me.

Priced reasonably.This Designed Ashley Chime mattress is a game changer. I bought this for my 14yr. Old son who was having restless nights sleep on his old mattress not only does he sleep better at night he thanks me every morning for the best sleeps he gets now on this Ashley Chime mattress. Delivery was also quick, ordered on a Tuesday got it that Friday. Thanks Overstock!.

Skeptical at first

We were skeptical when we received the box that this would open to become a fully supported mattress with metal springs, but surprisingly, within minutes, it opened up and somehow grew in mass. We followed the instructions and stayed off of it for over 24 hours. It is very comfortable, with a medium-firm support. The black and white pattern is a nice touch too. I would highly recommend.

This mattress relieved my neck pain.

I bought this mattress around 2019-2020. Immediately feel in love! A year later my boyfriend and i moved in together he brought his mattress into our bedroom because it’s bigger, mine in the guest room. I now have neck problems because his mattress, firm as a rock. NEVER FEAR! This mattress completely helped with my neck pain. I had neck pain for a week, slept in this mattress for one night, neck pain GONE. I’m thinking of buying another to replace my boyfriends current mattress!

Sleeps hot and is a little too firm for me

Two years later, I’ve gotten around to writing this review. I’m going to start by saying that this mattress is more firm than plush. If you suffer from back pain like I do, this mattress might make it worse. The thing that bothers me the most about this bed, is it retains a lot of heat. Like, a lot. This isn’t my first memory foam bed but it is my first by this brand. I’m always hot but this bed will make you sleep somewhat uncomfortably. If you sleep hot like I do, this bed IS NOT FOR YOU. Other than that, it hasn’t sagged or lost its firmness, lol.

Will Crash In Under A Year's Use

At such a great deal, or so I thought, I bought two Queen sized of these, first one in October of 2019 and the second in February 2020. The second one is in the guest bedroom and is hardly used. I didn't start sleeping on the first one until January 2020. Fast forward to March 2021 and this mattress has crashed in the middle. I have placed unused pillows under it to support the middle cave in and all I have is one lumpy mess. The mattresses are soooo heavy until you'd think they were made of quality materials. I can assure you, that is not the case. They will begin to crash after 6 months use of nightly sleep. I weigh under 150 lbs., am not considered obese, and the mattress is on a solid frame. Even for what I paid for them, they should hold up for longer than what they have. Who buys a new mattress every year and a half?

Good firm mattresses

I picked this item up on sale not knowing what to expect. My current mattresses are $700 mattresses I bought years ago. My 2 kids wanted bunk beds so I bought a full over full frame and these mattresses to go with it. The 10” mattress in my mind is good enough. I’m actually glad I did not purchase the 12” for a bunk bed. 12” would be fine if the mattress is for a single frame.

First I must say I was very leery of ordering a bed online.

Satisfying Purchase

I love this mattress. It is not soft but firm and contours slowly to your body. It was so simple. Just take it out the box. Do not cut your way through the box because you may cut the plastic that keeps the mattress compressed. Once out slit the plastic and quickly remove it. Your mattress will quickly inflate. This is our second Mattress from Ashley. The first we bought from Ashley 6 months ago. Its also easy to clean if there's an accident. The price on Walmart is definitely better (considering the brand.) I would definitely recommend because I am about to buy a 3rd!!!
