Cute chair.

This chair is definitely a gray/charcoal color...not brown at all. Like the look of this chair in my living room...fits with my decor. This chair seat is very firm/hard so it's not made for comfort.

Ugly wood color

The taupe fabric on this chair is very nice, but the wood trim is not the same color as the online photos. In person the trim is lighter and has a more yellow undertone. Also, it is not actually stained wood. It is fauz painted. There were defcts in the wood as well. I returned the chair.

Engineer Chair

The chair is comfortable, is just as described and looks great in the studio. The color is a dark taupe and is neutral enough to go well with everything in the space.

The chair was very nice. We had to return it because I was putting it in my foyer and it was 33 inches tall and it looked a little bit too small in that area. Other than that it’s a really cute chair and a very nice shade of gray.

They were received in good manner, as they were packed securely. Upon opening I was so. Fry pleased. I had read reviews and looked at these chairs for two months. I was deciding between this chair and another. Finally I saw it in person at an Ashley store and my husband sat in it. He was comfortable and we were sold. I however made the purchase on-line to save a few hundred dollars. I purchased 4 chairs and I love them!!! They look great, they are strong and was very easy to assemble.

The perfect chair for me and my grandkids

I spent a lot of time looking for just the right chair, and found it with this one. It was very easy to put together, it is very comfortable, big enough for me to sit with both of my small grandchildren, it fits just right where I want it, matches my furniture, and I love the style and colors. It's perfect for us!

The Engineer Chair is very well-made and the color of the fabric is definitely taupe. It is a nice addition to my living room.

Perfect in every way.

I love my chair....looks great in my room....very comfortable....I like that it sits a bit high and you don't sink down in it...I have horrible knee pain and it's so much easier to get up from this nice roomy chair than it is from some cushy low slung thing. It's attractive, arrived on time and looks elegant. It was also easy for my husband to put together and he's of advanced age with handicaps. Delivery was actually earlier than expected.

Perfect small space armchair, comfy yet very stylish!

Due to west coast iced-out highways etc, I had to wait longer but am so glad it got here!To me,it's worth the high sticker price,though some may not think a chair could be so valuable.
