This chair was purchased in July. It is noisy and feels like it is falling apart. I have purchased furniture from them before and have been very satisfied but this a piece of junk!

We love it. That a roomy and comfortable.
Ordered as a surprise for my 89 year young Mom in another state. First delivery date was a nightmare! By 9pm,I called, was told the driver was detained by police due to violating hours driving!! Rescheduled 5 days later (why not next day due to issue) On 2nd date, They actually called me at 720 wanting to Reschedule! I SAID NO! WHAT REALLY upset me was they were there in 15 minutes! WHY ASK ME TO RESCHEDULE
